Turn 0: Astronomical Age
Nine gods materialize (for a given value of materialize) in three sets of three high up above a disc and an Eye that has slept for eons. Awash in the strange energies of the Noise outside, a celestial sphere enclosing the otherwEyese featureless disc and home to the gods is buzzing with unlimited potential; indeed, potential enough to alter the shape of the disc should they prefer a different form (even that of a disc with two faces instead of one if necessary).

The first set is composed of Aku!, the dark god of Evil and Destruction, Mut, the God(ess?) of Death and Birth, and Opener of the Heavens and the Earths- a long winded god of Earth and Sky.

The second set of gods to arrive are the surprisingly bland one with many names, God of Madness and Illusion, the particularly colorful compared to his companions- Admiral Auden Bracket, God of Aeronautics and Construction, and - the almost forgettable god of Absolute Zero and Utter Stillness

The third and final set come out seeming a bit... confused? As though they forgot something- the specific gods to appear in this set are Autmost, God of Machines and Construction, The Wyrm, God of Protection and Equilibrium, and Rama, God of Dynasty and Kingship. Hopefully this confusion passes quickly so they may begin their work.

It is currently the Astronomical Age, and the invigorating pulse of dynamism that so suffuses the heavens has yet to reach the world-disc. As it stands, the crystal sphere is perfect and unwounded, but some imperfection may well be in order for the future mortals' sakes as much as for the gods. Host to a grand shared plane and the gods' home planes, there are currently no portals through which the light of the gods or harsher places can leak onto the undefined world. As well, the forms of the common plane and the gods' individual planes remain undetermined, but they'll always be changeable to suit their owners' needs.

The Astronomical Age will end when The Eye awakens, an event expected to occur in approximately 5 turns assuming nothing causes it to awaken earlier.

Astronomical Age
  • Creating suns, large moons, comets, stars, "planets," and constellations is possible only in this age.
  • Creating equipment and artifacts is possible in this age.
  • Destroying various astronomical bodies (i.e. repairing the crystal sphere :P ) is possible only in this age.
  • Assigning mechanical significance to astronomical bodies as a god is possible only in this age. Using suitable spheres is encouraged but not strictly required.
  • If more gods support than oppose a change to the shape of the world, it will be enacted.
  • If more gods support than oppose a change to the form or function of the common plane, it will be enacted.
  • It is not possible to create or terraform land/sea in this age.
  • Only the Archangel and War Form Incarna chasses are available in this age.
  • Only the Angel and Outsider servant chasses are available in this age.
  • When either more gods support than oppose progression to the next age, or the Eye awakens- it will advance to the Geological age.

Cosmic entities
  • The Eye is fast asleep.
  • The Noise is silent.

Advance to the next phase already. The sooner we can get this universe devolved down to its ultimate state the better.

"Someone's thinking ahead. Just give me your acts and I'll bust this planet wide open!"
[The feeling of plunging one's leg into freezing water.]
shivers and shrinks."Someone's grumpy."

Aku cracks their.. 4 Knuckles? Either way, they start gathering a bunch of energy between their arms, shadows writhing like flames and pieces jutting off.

"Time to get this party started! Down it goes! Where it falls AKU knows, YEET!"
Use Both Sphere Acts to create Maebure and send it hrutling into the planetoid/whatever will be so hard it leaves a hole deep enough to shift the tectonic plates!

Code: (Monument incoming!) [Select]
Name: Maebure
Affiliation (list all applicable gods, primary first): Aku
Class: Monument
Traits:
 + Dense Core Seed
 + Weapon of Mass Devastation
 - Fragile.
Description: A black obelisk that Aku deploys above things he wants to destroy.
Sent hurtling down it impacts the surface and causes an earthquake, shards flying everywhere.
These shards can then be used to make weapons of Unspeakable Evil!
Left behind is a smaller core deep within the earth that slowly grows into a massive black tree of wood and dark blood, it's leaves shards of minerals extracted from within the earth.

Petition to turn the disc into an unspeakably vast birch world style shell surrounding the eye

... Some form of light shall be necessary for future life to exist, I advise a sun. A ball of fire in the sky seems like an efficient way of pulling that off. Preferably not shining on everything all at once, if everyone wants any life to not burn up into nothing immediately.

... And Aku, was that strictly necessary?

"Probably Not!  But best start off creation with a bang and some destruction!" Sure there isn't much to destroy right now, but there's also nothing to order about either. So no need to restrain, get it out of the system. not like I can destroy other godstuff, not good cost-benefit. Better to do long-term like have a giant monument growing and spreading."

Aku goes shrinking into itself and disappearing, likely heading to it's plane to get home straightened up for guests and pesky samurai.

Auden appears to be preoccupied with a paintbrush and a tub of glow-in-the-dark paint (radiant with the energy of an Aeronautics Act) over at the edge of the celestial sphere.
Please don’t blow up the planet! A pause. Actually, do we need a planet? Another pause. Please don’t blow up the atmosphere, I intend to use it!
Across the great sphere, a grand mural comes into shape.

A head appears.
At the end of the day it is a giant rock. Hoping for nice scenic mountains to pop up from impact. Blowing up the planet or destroying the atmosphere, such that is yet determined beyond bland, would mean no things to rule over. Just a chunk of land or bits of rocks.

Opener of the Heavens and the Earths, Trailblazer of the Way wields itself in figmentary hands, and swipes at the raw fabric of space, opening a great shining wound, a river of light, a new sun.

Spend 1 Sky Act creating the the Proper and Righteous Way of Heaven

Quote
Name: The Proper and Righteous Way of Heaven
Type: Sun
Effect: Heals all potential Noise wounds in the Crystal Sphere, Common Plane, or World, weakens any present Noise entities, and attempts to banish them.
Frequency: Whenever it is dramatically appropriate
Description: A massive river of light, slowly shifting from blue to green to yellow to orange to red to purple before going back to blue light over the course of a month. It moves predictably across the heavens, causing seasonal variation as it shines more brightly on one specific area instead of another, causing areas to experience summer and winter as a result

Opener of the Heavens and the Earths, Trailblazer of the Way begins scrolling a vast epic of images and scenes across its axe blades, suggesting the creation of an angel foundry within the auspices of the common plane, which constantly produces angels whose only purpose is to battle and banish Noise entities.

Propose the establishment of the Silent Spring, from which springs 128 Husher angels per turn.

Quote from: Silent Spring
Name: Silent Spring
Type: Moon
Effect: Create 128 Hushers
Frequency: Every turn
Description: A motionless moon made entirely of freezingly cold, yet unfreezing, liquid water which is black, blue and pink in colour. Each turning of the heavens a new generation of Hushers swim out of the Silent Spring to fulfill their duties, bound together in quiet comraderie.
Quote from: Hushers
Name: Hushers
Affiliation (list all applicable gods, primary first): Anti-Noise
Class: Angels
Traits:
+ Sensitive: Hushers' fluffy antennae and entire bodies are extremely sensitive to any sound, especially Noise, which they can find and locate easily, even through stealth or hiding attempts.
+ Hushing: Hushers are very good at fighting against and banishing the effects, works and entities of Noise. The more Hushers working together against Noise, the more effective they are.
 - Quiet: Hushers are very easily banished by priests since they can't debate back against banishment attempts or counter-preach or anti-sermonize.
Description: Extremely fluffy and quiet owl-moths in various shades of white, black and gray, partially covered in static patterns and otherwise each Husher has its own unique pattern of stripes, dots and geometric patterns. They look like comet-sized owls with a second set of moth-wings, a second pair of legs midway up their torso, incredibly large and fluffy antennae, and a moth abdomen instead of tailfeathers. Will seek out and attempt to hush Noise where-ever they might find it, calling in Husher backup if deemed necessary by silent pinging across their Hush kin-bonds.

Support the current Disk-Shaped World, until such a time as another world which I like is proposed.

Revise or perish.

Name: Silent Spring
Type: Moon
Effect: Create 128 Hushers. Each such event causes the Spring's temperature to equalize slightly with its surroundings, until it eventually loses all ability to work.

Opener of the Heavens and the Earths, Trailblazer of the Way carefully fillets and carves at reality below the disk-world, flipping it inside out, just so creating a topsy turvy reflection of the world.

Create the Mirror World Afterlife

Quote
A mirror of the actual material world, where colours, smells, temperature, spatial arrangements etc. are reversed. Home to the illusory mirrorfolk, who act out an history of the world in broken patterns, except victories and defeats, lies and truth, and cake and pie are reversed. Souls affiliated with the Opener of the Heavens and the Earths, Trailblazer of the Way, who die spend several centuries acting roles in the various fragmentary historical plays before being reborn as their desired race/species in the material world, memories intact. Other beings who enter the world are not forced to act out parts until plane assimilation, and can freely observe, if they can endure the strange conditions of the mirror-world.

Spend the Earth act to create the Mirror-Plate beneath the disk world

Quote
Name: Mirror-Plate
Type: Moon
Description: A giant flat plate of silver hovering some distance beneath the world, which is in fact a giant portal to the Mirror World. As such, any who go through, or fall into it will fall into the mirror-world. Any mortals who dig through the bottom of the world will not fall all the way to the boundary of the Crystal Sphere, but just fall into the Mirror World instead, (unless they develop interesting flying machines to avoid that fate)

Create Realm: The Window

It is less a place as a state of being. The realm is of perfect stillness and equilibrium, to that point that in effect nothing may exist there and anything which would travel there is instead destroyed.

Mut glides around and admires the emptiness and perfection of the crystal sphere before inverting and spilling out a knot of writhing snakes. She sorts through them carefully for countless eons before settling on a particularly strong and hungry specimen inexplicably biting its own tail.
Quote
Name: The Snoon
Effect: Codify the month and cause instability during eclipses
Type: Moon
Frequency: Once a month, by definition
Description: Over the course of a month, the Snoon gives birth to itself, eats itself until its hunger is sated, gives birth to itself, eats itself until its hunger is sated...

Once in a while, the Snoon, being a very slightly living astronomical object, will attempt to eat a/the sun, especially round ones shaped vaguely like eggs. As a mere moon, it's incapable of keeping any sun down for too long, but making lots of noise should help scare it away at the expense of possibly attracting Noise or Husher attention. With the existing suns being unreasonably large and spread out, eclipses will be a bit rare.
One of the less suitable snakes somehow dies of a phantasmal fungal infection during the contest for the Snoon and is promoted to Angel of Death as a consolation prize.
Quote
Name: Angel of Death
Affiliation (list all applicable gods, primary first): Death sphere, Angel of Death, Mut
Class: Angel
Traits:
 + Very spooky
+ Can "eat" souls to store them as scales and "shed" them later
 - Mut(e)
Description: A failed snoon, the Angel of Death died of a phantasmal fungal infection during Mut's cruel contest for an appropriate snake moon. As none of the other snakes were noted to have died, this must be rather exceptional indeed. The Angel of Death is devoted to the principle of death in all its forms and can carry the immaterial bits of dead things to their respective afterlives as (temporary) scales by ingesting and later shedding them. Ironically, this makes a fully scaled Angel of Death a more tragic/horrifying sight than a completely skeletal one.

Mut tips over and spills green frogs all over the voteboxes for advancing to the next Age, creating the Silent Spring, and keeping the world as a disc.
