2nd: Logan Von Newman (Knightwing64) (Has established connections with a few people with lots of resources to spare and successfully damaged the reputation of everyone else, also owns a secret base with an advanced security system, and controls a large army of zombies with cybernetic enhancements and varying specialties, and a mind control ray)
3rd: The alliance between ? (BlackPaladin99) and Azal of the Crimson Order (Horizon) (together they command an organized undead army, with some cybernetic and super soldier varieties, and a small army of demons. Their base has a teleportation circle and a super advanced security system)
4th: Dr. Unpleasant (King Zultan) (Commands a small army of zebras through friendship and partially robbed a zoo gift shop)
