Grey faces losses in POPularity within POLJAVEC, VINNCA, and surprisingly KRUNICA. Reds rejoice, pushing 2 further Grey POP leaders out of POLJAVEC.

Since there isn't any benefit to having more than 50%+1, I thought you had Upper Hradec pretty well in hand, and I still don't know why you wanted exactly three in Minkutam so I didn't want to mess that up. Therefore, I thought more representation in some other states would be better.

The communiqué regarding Minkutam may have been miscalculated from flawed assumptions/expectations of how the game would develop; I shan't blame you for my failure. I regret more the loss of opportunity in Lower Hradec (nonexistent when my earlier strategy was stated) since I have potentially another two pips from playing 15. It certainly helped you to push back the Red in your regional struggle, so congratulations on that.
