We call them gremlins. Our best guess on what they call themselves is something along the lines of "gwee". We're... still working on deciphering their language.

+1 to this
Should probably name the factions as well for convenience.
Raiders, Imps, and Wall-builders, for Fanmil, Fanauth, and Pacifist respectively.
There is much debate among the Chapter over what the Xenos are or even call themselves, with their high-pitched murmuring, bizarre body-language, and odorous emissions, but the Chapter Master and much of those in the higher ranks, particularly the Techmarines, call them "Gremlins," after the old Terran myth of minor, technology-ravaging daemons. Still, it isn't uncommon to hear a mention of "Shrugs" or "Little Green Men" and the Chapter hasn't yet made enough contact to formalize a term for their kind.
The Xenos are blessed with
Humanoid forms that they've desecrated through their shameful
Diminutive size and unspeakable
Spore reproduction. Taken as a whole, they are
Weak and
Delicate, inferior to humanity on the direct battlefield, but they are likewise
Iron-Willed and
Cunning enough to compensate if left unchallenged. The Xenos are dangerous and underestimating them would be a mistake, no matter their
Stone-Age Technology. A calculating eye sees terrible potential, even in the smallest of details. Perhaps in time, their homeworld of gentle, rolling hills and muddy marshes, could be of use to mankind or they, themselves, spread across the stars to further the Chapter's aims and combat the Ork menace.
More notable than their kind is planet #14/2, a Death World with a population that (by merit of a 10 on d10) has managed to retain an Imperial standard of technology, despite the adversity of their home. Not just any planet receives the designation of Death World, for a radioactive vacuum may be lethal, but it is not deadly. No, a Death World must be all-but actively trying to
kill its human inhabitants and in so doing, harden them in the crucible of hate. Many of the Imperial Guard's most dangerous regiments hail from planets like these and in time, your Auxiliaries could to.
Why is the Death World deadly?

It is a blistering hotbed of blasphemous horrors, boasting
Eight Threats to human life. They are unspeakable in their totality but by breaking them down into smaller pieces, the whole can be digested and understood.
What is the
First Threat?12,4,12,9,10
Planet #14/2 menaces with dangers, the
Trapped Ruins of ancient humanity overrun with vistas of shrieking terror and
Hallucinogenic Plants that render their victims pliant and vulnerable to name but two, such that the
Thriving Ork Ecosystem arguably the least among them.
7
Planet #14/2 is filled with
Trapping Plants with their razor-fronds, explosive pods, and thorny snares reaping a grievous toll on the human population. Here, agriculture is a struggle to survive.
What is the
Second Threat?9
Planet #14/2 is notorious for its
Hallucinogenic Plants, the darkest of which are said to be so powerful that the lowest of men would think himself a god, for a time, and the surface of this hellhole is no place for an inflated sense of one's strength.
6
Planet #14/2 hasn't only been graced by human feet, the mysterious
Xenos Ruins are a testament to that. Filled with the signs of heresy and twisted architecture of alien devising, they claim the lives of those who dare to brave their depths.
The
Third Threat has already been determined, by forces beyond anyone's control.
6,6
Planet #14/2 is to be reviled, for it is victim to some of the most
Hellish Parasites in the space of multiple subsectors. In all shapes and varieties, they test the diligence of men, and when they fail to take a step in suiting themselves, boiling their water, cooking their food, and breathing their air, they suffer such as none but the vilest of heretics should suffer.
What is the
Fourth Threat?1
Planet #14/2 is notorious for the
Ambush Predators that stalk its wilderness, dripping with venom and bristling with teeth, they're cloaked in any of a hundred malefic disguises and ever-test the perceptions of their prey. Here, those that fail to pay attention more often than not fail to see tomorrow.
7
Planet #14/2 has been meticulously laid, pole-to-pole, with hideous
Trapping Plants that sit with limitless patience and yearn without end to reap their due from human flesh.
What is the
Fifth Threat?5
Planet #14/2 must be an enigma, as there are too many who claim the
Esoteric Ruins that trap men in mazes that never end, show them their futures only to end their pasts, and belittle logic by their very being for the accursed world to be truly what it seems.
3
Planet #14/2 isn't only filled with indirect dangers, as any local can attest, the hulking
Juggernaut Predators that tear the slow and slow-witted apart as easily as dirty fingers tearing into an egg leave no room for mistakes. They are dangerous, feral, and filled with malice. Only a fool would think they could be tamed, a fool or something more than man.
What is the
Sixth Threat?10
Planet #14/2 is so treacherous that the very ground underfoot can't be trusted, and when its
Tectonically Unstable Surface isn't threatening to erupt, sinkholes and mudflows see to it anything that survives the earthquakes are soon done away with, taken below the dirt and shattered.
6
Planet #14/2 is the victim of
Hellish Parasites that burrow, hatch, and sneak their way onto and into every living thing which doesn't take precautions or possess a truly superhuman immune system response.
What is the
Seventh Threat?11
Planet #14/2 has had locals long before the Imperium settled its surface but Imperial these are not,
Cannibalistic Reavers to the last, long generations since the Age of Strife have seen them master the world and its dangers with it, so close to the soil they've nearly become one. They bay for the blood of their fellow man and must be put down.
1
Planet #14/2 and its insidious, creeping and springing
Ambush Predators are responsible for the bedside folklore of many worlds, used by mothers to keep unruly children in line.
What is the
Eighth Threat?9
Planet #14/2 isn't barren for all of its dangers, far from it, for the
Hallucinogenic Plants that make men blind and beasts walk have found ample sediment to dig in their roots and spread.
4
Planet #14/2 has been settled by mankind before but not settled in truth until now, as indicated by the
Trapped Ruins scattered over and under the surface like so many swollen ticks.
In short... Planet #14/2 is not a very nice place.
