Twi spends 2 Acts, and supports advancing to the next age.
"Still sleepy, but my area is now made, so.. Anything else to do?"

Name: The Underneath
Neighbors: The Pastures(Connected to it)
Traits:
+ Naturally occurring solid clouds. Cloudbanks and cloudrivers connecting into a twisting maze.
+ Fairly calm. Caves have many natural resources.
 - Difficult to navigate, windstorms from The Pastures offers an eye of protection, but also makes travel to the Underground from the skies difficult and tricky. 'Traditional' Food is are difficult to grow due to light coming from below.
Description: Beneath the island of Pastures lies a number of open caves and tunnels through which excess water drains, leaving them moist for lichen and luminous moss. Through these the water gathers into pools and clouds, solid and drifty both. And into Pastures do the caves of the underground expand, luminous moss, lichen, mushrooms, and ore. The light of day is night, and the night day to the circle. What plants grow outside amidst and within the clouds are twisted, rooting upwards and seeking leaves and fans down. In this environment do plants take on spores and floating sticky seeds to survive and thrive underneath outside the caves, lest they fall out of the world..

C’thun opposes advancing to the next age.

Have patience. Our work has just begun.

If I get an act from the Wanderer for the purpose, build Rivers:
Name: Rivers
Neighbors: Endless Blue, Driftlands, Polis, Central Garden, Truntia Multa
Traits:
+ The constant flow makes it easy to travel in one direction: provided you can float.
 - Nowhere to build.
Description: An extensive web of flowing water, connecting the shores of large landmasses without need for flight.
Ecosystem: Various freshwater fish and turtles, as well as algae and unmoored aquatic plants.

The Faceless Prince exits the Auric Spires, casually rendering all of the FoFK seeds sterile, before turning to Gibeele.
At present, I believe that we are the only two who have created Creatures. Would you care to breed them?

Anyway, I see we have a vote about. Let's get this written down...

Glass is, as usual, correct.
Yep, as ever, I bestow upon Glass the expected +1
I'm gonna say we go with whatever Glass's idea is.

Naturally. To do otherwise would be a distinctly unfair trade.
The Faceless Prince withdraws an ornate tube from their robes, which they unlock to reveal yet another of their TrademarkTM signature golden sheets of parchment, upon which they sketch out a schematic. The blueprint is then waved around the Drift King's general vicinity to catch their spores, before being delivered to the Ferrous Wyrm.
The Wyrm peruses the document, before grabbing a bit of its interior slime mold and smearing it around on the sheet in what appears to be a crude signature. Then, the entire sheet appears to crumble into slime mold... before the spores coalesce into a few dozen smaller critters. The Irons.
Thereafter, the Faceless Prince takes the discarded case and begins to work it in their hands. Eventually, it has been twisted into the appearance of a great tower - the Painted Spire.
Spoiler: The Painted Spire (click to show/hide)
Now. Wyrm. Come back up here, I don't want you eating Susan's macrobacteria, they're doing an important job and more importantly it's rude to do that to another god's Outsiders without permission.
The Wyrm is adeptly scooped up and carried back to the Auric Spires, while the Painted Spire is placed in the middle of Polis for the time being.

(Irons color: gainsboro)
(Painted Spire color: orchid)
(The scroll and case are generic Acts derived from a Knowledge Act.)
(The Wyrm was specifically recalled because I'm pretty sure we can only have one Incarnae at a time, and it's probably less trouble at present for that to be my Monument rather than my Creature. Gibeele still has access to Wyrm spores for critter creation.)

Just for the sake of detail, Harvey, the reason reason her creatures had begun to starve in the first place was because of you. They were fine before you changed the world and declared they weren’t.

With that out of the way, C’thun creates a creature of it’s own, filled with the power of MADNESS. (I’m spending a madness act, If that wasn’t clear.)

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

(Dang, my hands hurt. I had to copy and paste all of The Elder Things description from Lovecraft wiki and completely rewrite it with different words and new details. I think I’m dying)

C'thun, quick clarification, Creatures are singular entities. And... generally, not terribly intelligent. And very physical. That would likely be better suited to being an Archangel, perhaps a War Form. Even stored for later and made as a Prophet.

It is an singular entity. I was just stating how it could make more of itself. And well, I guess mine breaks that mold, doesn’t it?

Creature reproduction produces critters, not Creatures, as well as requiring at least two Creatures to begin with. As for the rest... I suppose we shall see what happens. I do not recommend holding to high hopes, however.
Furthermore, Creatures are Incarnae. They only cost a generic Act to produce.
These things may truly be best suited to be Angels.

Spoiler: The Elder Thing(s) (click to show/hide)
((Creatures are not intended to be fully sapient, and roughly speaking, should be comparable to dogs, dolphins, or crows at best. They certainly shouldn't be conducting experiments or doing mad science, so this one would indeed be better as an Angel/Archangel.))
