After listening to Unknown for a bit, Orris takes a few odd actions. He removes his cap, revealing a bad case of male-pattern baldness, and fills the cap with soil. Then he takes his Hittin' Book, moves it to his left hand, and grabs the beer with his right.
Down the hatch!
Orris opted to engage in some unusual diplomacy - surprisingly successful given the murderous intent behind the game's design. Unknown offered his alcoholic-smelling mug for Orris to try. It was claimed to be beer, but it seemed a bit
thick. Orris filled his cap with soil for some later purpose, but what else was there to do but have a chug?
Down the hatch it went.
Digestive Fortitude(1)
Orris choked on the thick, alcoholic goop he tried to imbibe - it had the taste of beer but an incredibly meaty texture, like an alcoholic beer meat smoothie. He let go of the mug and choked, groaning in multiple kinds of displeasure.

Tim took a less diplomatic and more direct action - dashing for the blue-colored platform. His spear would have skewered anyone along the way - fortunately nobody was there.

Naturally,
Unknown started moving right after Tim's mad sprint, but with an intent more like that of Orris. Unknown raised his fiery gauntlet around and around, thrusting his palm towards the distant trees - nothing happened. Perhaps that just wasn't the use of this item...
He looked at Orris, currently groaning and looking like he was having quite a rough time after attempting to drink from the mug. Oh well. Unknown was sure he would do better. Besides, he'd just sip it.

Unknown attempted to sip it and coughed, hacking the disgusting excuse for beer onto the ground. It could barely be called beer at all. It was more like some alcoholic meaty smoothie, and it was disgusting. At least he didn't swallow any.
"Just... stay out of my way."
Occupy. with my vine, the best platform which nobody else is on by the time I act. If someone attacks me, open the handbag towards them, being careful not to get any of its contents on myself.
Josine noted that the red platform was fully unoccupied, unlike the blue one currently stood upon by Tim. That would do it. With hastened legs she ran for it, holding her handbag in one arm and her vine in the other. It was an awkward run but her speed made up for that.
"Stop laughing at me you damn seagulls, and you wolf do something the seagulls require souls so go get them!"
Try to get the wolf do something helpful.
Hobo Bob growled at the unhelpful wolf he had made. Why couldn't he have gotten a more cooperative creature like that vine over there? Maybe he could
make his wolf be helpful, though...

Yammering at it and pointing aggressively didn't seem to be very helpful. The pity-dagger may have been a better choice, in retrospect...

Mugi Yuto decided to run for the red platform, a shining star rushing towards his target. Of course that woman with the handbag was already there, but that would be no obstacle for -

Amon was right behind him! Amon shoved his purple flower down his mouth, swallowing it in one motion, a dire power growing within him.
Well, he was being followed already. Mugi's target was obvious.

A tiny leafy sprig flew from Amon's hand, where it hit a surprised Mugi - and promptly bounced off and fell onto the ground, where it seemed to disappear.
