It is practised on North American territory. No doubt there is at least one practioner in the world with a North American passport, but I don't have more precise statistics than that.

As a correction to the previous question, no doubt there is at least one practioner somewhere with a European nationality - it's just that it isn't practised on European territory to my knowledge.

Is violence occurring in the day to day affairs of this profession, a normal occurrence? As in happens nearly every day, or more than once a week.
