Just to clarify in case you're meaning something else: Is this character "animated" in the sense that they are drawings given the illusion of movement?

Is the setting they're in fantastical? Not set in real life Earth-type setting?

I'm not sure what to say here. The setting has some fantastic elements, but is otherwise set in the real world.
