tbh, i thought there was a rule to prevent people from putting capitals next to other capitals, but i can't find it so it doesn't matter



but settling on as a 1 province minor on a island thats mostly controlled by one player may of been a bad idea

As a Theocracy worshipping Shemelezek, the nation of Shemel'Kelak should gain a +2 Bonus against other diety worshipping nations, which I believe there's a rule that indicates the neutral tribes count for this bonus yeah? It seems I rolled a 2 last turn, but was given a bonus of 1. The only reason I say that is because other turns it appears the dice roll is first in the list then the bonuses are added on. Though it's just as possible that the bonus was written first and I rolled a 1.

Forgive me if I'm wrong somewhere, I'm not trying to cause any issues or anything, just want to make sure I understand the game correctly. Any thoughts?
