Eesh, the little monkeys are really sweating down there... you tell them to take it easy for awhile. Maybe they'll finish the tunnel at some point; maybe you'll just use the hole to stow your HOARD or something.

The weeks slip by, colored by the hubbub of summer fishing: you lounge on your dais, adjudicating the occasional petty dispute. Every now and again, a couple men wander in to strike away at the bedrock.

As the summer fish slip away to deeper haunts, New Codhollow sets up for a grand fish-smoking festival! Things go smoothly enough, until an argument starts up among some of your people... two of them walk in, shooting glares at each other.

"Ma'am ZENDRAKIEL, the smoke festival's usually thrown in honor of Orrom Fish-god... me and the lads figure we should throw it for you instead!"
