Rory

The faunus growled as he planted his shield in the ground, the sound taking a distinctly more monstrous and possibly draconic note as his skin started to develop a scalely texture, before grabbing on end of the bolt as he struck the other before pulling it out of his leg. Rising, he held his arms out replacing the pain with pomp. "You call this a fight!? I've had children hit me harder!" The fact that it was true was irrelevant.

Wyrmstake Launcher: A modification added to gunlances that allows for the launching of a Wyrmstake, obviously. Deals 1d6+STR damage to the target applies a burn that deals 1d6 damage for 3 turns, and deals 1d6+Dex Damage after the burn wears off.
     Lvl 1: Applies a Burn that deals 1d6 damage for 3 turns and deals an additional 1d6+Dex damage after the burn wears off.
     Lvl 2 Boop: Deals 1d6 damage to the target as well.
     LVL 3: Increased initial damage by +STR

Caffeine:  Rory spends the turn getting back into position, increasing his Initiative by his 1.5*Dex.
    Level 1: Increases Initiative by Rory’s Dex
    Level 2: Further increases Initiative by 1.5X Dex

Armed and Ready!:  Rory Taunts an enemy, forcing them to attack him for 6 rounds and attacks from enemies other than the one taunted by Rory have their damage reduced by his Level. Only works on one enemy at a time.
    Level 1: Taunt a single enemy for a round, only works on one enemy.
    Level 2-5: +1 round of taunt. Total of six rounds of taunt.
    Level 6: Attacks from enemies other than the one taunted by Rory have their damage reduced by his Level.

I Burn: Every two attacks in a row Rory Unloads the gun in his Lance dealing +3d6 damage against his target.

As Nadan threw her off, Ehto reverted to humanoid form and a drew a rather sinister looking rapier from her flesh. Much to anyone's surprise though, the spell she channeled through it was one of restoration rather than destruction. For a brief moment most of the party took on a super black hue, and when it faded the worst of their injuries were gone as a lingering dark aura clung to them.
 
Ehto casts Merciful Shade on Herself, Rory, Arint, and Friedhold/Nessa, healing all of them for (26) HP! She consumes Sorcery in order to also grant all of the listed targets the Ebon Sanctuary status (Reduces the next instance of damage against them by 25% before any other reductions. Does not stack with itself).

Ehto gains Might.

Friedhold sneers grit teeth at the Spree who'd distracted him at a key moment.  With a flick of the wrist his arm shifted from eerily ethereal to carbon-black acid stained with fingers strained around a marble of impossible density.  With a heave he chucked the orb past the Spree and ducked for cover as it unleashed a thunderous implosion to suck in any unattended debris, equipment, and minions.

Friedhold uses Gravity Well on Spree Thief A & B, Spree Captain A, Spree Thug A, and Spree Arsonists A & B dealing 5d6+7 damage to each with a 50% chance of inflicting Knocked Prone on them.  At GM's discretion each piece of meaningful debris caught in the Well adds 1d6 damage to each target.

[Prone enemies lose defensive bonuses from abilities like "basic defense", lose dodge bonuses(at GM's discretion) until their next turn, and abilities with multi-turn activation are interrupted.]

Tsubasa takes a deep breath. Her eyes focus on her target, taking in every small motion, every muscle twitch, every flick of the gaze or twist of the mouth. Then, like a bolt of lightning bursting through a clear blue sky, she strikes.

Tsubasa uses her First Form, expending all her Concentration to deal 12d8+23 damage to Sparky. Storm Breathing activates, allowing her to take a Water action, which she uses to activate Seventh Form targeting Friedhold. The next attack targeted at Friedhold is redirected to Tsubasa, and its damage is reduced by 60%.

TURN 3

Arint blinks in surprise as the dark aura surrounds her, but she says nothing as it heals her injuries.

Ehto restores 26 HP to herself (Now 109 HP), Rory (Now 84 HP), Arint (Now 90 HP), and Friedhold and Nessa (Now 59), granting them Ebon Sanctuary at the same time (reduces the next instance of incoming damage by 25%. Ehto gains Might.

Sparky’s eyes go wide as Tsubasa rushes him, slicing deep into his flesh. It’s a serious injury, but he’s clearly still ready to fight.

Tsubasa deals 67(54+23-10) damage to Sparky. She also applies Seventh Form to protect Friedhold from the next incoming attack (further reducing its damage by 60% and making it hit Tsubasa).

Sparky’s Low Stance gives him a rush of energy. Sparky gains 1 Charge from being hit!

Spree Thief B, Spree Thug A, and Spree Arsonist B all activate Overwatch!

Spree Thief B deals 9 damage (Ebon Sanctuary reduces damage by 3) and reduces Tsubasa’s INIT by 2 (Now 11).

Spree Thug A deals 13 damage to Tsubasa and applies 4 Bleed.

Spree Arsonist B deals 20 damage to Tsubasa and applies 4 Burn.

Nadan lets out another warcry, increasing the damage of all Spree enemies by 5 points for the next 3 turns.

Arint takes the moment of quiet to charge up her own chest piece.

Arint gains 2 Charge.

Rory buffs himself up, losing 1 DR for two rounds (now 0) and gaining 20 Temporary HP.

Sparky’s cybernetic arm continues charging...

Sparky’s arm begins to glow with the bright orange of Spark. The arm changes shape again - this time into a cannon which Sparky levels at Rory. “Say goodbye, lumin trash.”

Sparky is taking aim at Rory!

Friedhold and Nessa uses 4 Eve to deal 25 damage to Spree Thief A & B, Spree Captain A, Spree Thug A, and Spree Arsonists A & B. Spree Captain A is knocked down until the end of the next turn, losing defensive bonuses from abilities and losing all dodge bonuses!

Spree Thief B is heavily injured, and looks like she’s about to run...

The Spree return to their previous formation, no longer focused on protecting Nadan and Sparky.

As Nadan gave his warcry, Ehto sprinted at him on all fours, shifting back into wolf form. As she pounced for his neck she opened up her jaws wide, hoping to shut the man up and prevent his misguided bravado from further boosting their enemies' morale.

Ehto Mauls Nadan again for 6d10+[14] damage, healing herself for half the damage done and consuming Might to inflict him with a second stack of shredded (-6 DR per stack). She gains Sorcery.

TURN 4

Ehto deals 49 damage to Nadan, restoring 25 HP (now 114) and applying another stack of Shredded (Now -2 DR). She gains Sorcery.

Spree Thief A shoots at Ehto, dealing 11 damage to her and reducing her INIT by 2 (now 13).

Spree Thief B sees a break in the fighting and chooses to disengage. Nadan glares at her but says nothing.

Nadan unleashes his blades and slashes at Ehto with a furious combination of swipes, dealing 38 damage to her.

Arint further charges her chest piece - and it begins to beep ominously...

Spree Captain A slashes at Arint, dealing 24 damage to her and making her take 33% more incoming damage for the next 2 turns.

Spree Thug A rushes at Rory and hits him with a series of strikes that deal 8 damage and applies 12 Bleed. Spree Thug A loses 3 Revved Up.

Sparky fires his cannon in a massive blast that’s centered on Rory, but manages to hit Arint and Tsubasa as well. Sparky deals 36 damage to Arint, 18 damage to Tsubasa, and 17 damage to Rory.

Spree Arsonists A and B prepare more molotov cocktails to throw.

Friedhold blasts Nadan with a massive gust of cold that reduces his INIT by 22 (now 0). Nadan’s gauntlets are covered in more and more ice before they stop working entirely and he tears them off.

There's a silence from Rory's position, his shield standing though ash mars it. Before a definitive call can be on his status the faunus hops on top of the shield and uses it to vault off of at Sparky. "My turn!"

     Lvl 1: Applies a Burn that deals 1d6 damage for 3 turns and deals an additional 1d6+Dex damage after the burn wears off.
     Lvl 2 Boop: Deals 1d6 damage to the target as well.
     LVL 3: Increased initial damage by +STR

Caffeine:  Rory spends the turn getting back into position, increasing his Initiative by his 1.5*Dex.
    Level 1: Increases Initiative by Rory’s Dex
    Level 2: Further increases Initiative by 1.5X Dex

Armed and Ready!:  Rory Taunts an enemy, forcing them to attack him for 6 rounds and attacks from enemies other than the one taunted by Rory have their damage reduced by his Level. Only works on one enemy at a time.
    Level 1: Taunt a single enemy for a round, only works on one enemy.
    Level 2-5: +1 round of taunt. Total of six rounds of taunt.
    Level 6: Attacks from enemies other than the one taunted by Rory have their damage reduced by his Level.

I Burn: Every two attacks in a row Rory Unloads the gun in his Lance dealing +3d6 damage against his target.
    Lvl1: When Rory attacks 2 times in a row his Second attack deals an additional 2d6 damage.
    Lvl2: Unloading deals an additional 1d6

I May Fall: Rory bolsters himself, Giving himself +20 Temporary HP in return for losing 1 DR for two Rounds.  (This can make his DR negative causing him to take more damage from each attack.)
    LvL1: Rory loses 2 DR and gains 10 temp HP for two rounds.
    Level 2: BUT NOT LIKE THIS!: +5 Temp HP.
    Level 3 IT WON’T BE BY YOUR HANDS: +5 Temp HP
    Level 4: DR lose reduced to -1

Bad Luck Charm: Desperate times call for desperate measures. Which of course means Rory takes a moment to hurt himself and bolster his resolve. Rory takes Con Damage and after 2 turns regains 2x the damage taken.
    Level 1: Rory takes Con Damage and after 3 turns regains 1.5x the damage taken.
    Level 2: Heal is increased to 2x the damage taken.
    Level 3: Reduce time before the heal by 1 turn.

Defend: Rory Blocks, taking 50% of the damage dealt to him.

Lúin of Celtchar: An Iron Gunlance, looking like someone made a big Revolver, put it on a stick, and then strapped an equally large Bayonet to it. 4d4+STR damage.
    Level 1: 1d4+STR

Shield:  “A sturdy Iron Shield, typically not something worn by hunters due to the huge amount of Strength their enemies bring to bear. However most Hunters aren’t Fucking Invincible.” -Rory +3 DR while Guarding and can’t be affected by movement based effects.

TURN 5

Ehto restores 26 HP to herself (now 91), Tsubasa (now 95), Rory (now 110), and Arint (now 56). She also consumes Sorcery to grant all of them Ebon Sanctuary. Ehto gains Might.

Spree Thief A shoots at Ehto again, dealing 12 (reduced from 16 by Ebon Sanctuary) damage.

Tsubasa prepares to redirect the next two attacks aimed at her to Rory.

The beeping of Arint’s chest piece becomes faster and faster until she steps forth and unleashes a massive surge of energy, dealing 36 damage to Spree Thief A, Nadan, Spree Captain A, and Spree Thug A, Spree Arsonist A, Spree Arsonist B, and 43 damage to Sparky.

Spree Thug A, Spree Thief A, and Spree Arsonists A and B immediately turn tail and run. Nadan is too shocked by the sheer damage to notice.

Rory blasts Sparky with his Wyrmstake launcher, dealing 12 damage and appling 3 turns of 1d6 fire damage, with an additional 1d6+DEX damage when the burn wears off.

Spree Captain A twirls his clubs, then takes a swing at Tsubasa. She redirects the attack to Rory, who takes 15 damage and is Stunned.

Sparky panics as he bats at the part where the Wyrmstake landed, too busy trying to smother the flames to attack or do anything else.

Friedhold and Nessa shock Nadan and Sparky for 27 damage, stunning both of them.

The flames that envelop Sparky deal 11 damage to him.
