It doesn't take a genius to figure out that the real Kane is the one still in the process of mounting his rat, rather than one of the dozens of suddenly mobile copies. But a few riders are dumb enough to break off, and those that are not still have to pause for a moment to figure things out. This is more than enough of a distraction for Kane to deftly hop on his rat and take off with a ten yard lead on the closest rider!
Your friend charges down the road, toward town, likely intending to link up with the main body of raiders. Most of the riders follow, and to your relief their bears seem slower than his Mahallo Centipede Snatcher. Kane will likely be fine. A few of the enemy are still chasing your illusions around the nearby woods; You can maintain the spell for a bit longer before strain becomes a real issue.
Actions:A: Have the illusions lead the dumb stragglers into the clutches of your remaining party for an ambush.
B: Have the illusions lead the stragglers away, hold your position, wait for Kaylee to return or more elves to show up.
C: Drop the illusion. Hunt down Kaylee.
D: Drop the illusion, mount up, and chase down the enemy bear riders to harass their rear with your party.
E: Drop the illusion. Quietly move parallel to the chase and attempt to join the main body of the raiders.
