> Go visit the gym first.
... > Also get drunk.
You've never really been in a gym like this before, so you don't know what to expect. You've never really felt very determined to exercise before, but...
Well, you're feeling the desire to improve yourself, or at least try. You can be more helpful if you're stronger!
By that same metric maybe you should avoid giving yourself brain damage. Ah, but that's a problem for later.
The inside of the gym is pretty unimpressive, really. The building is made from standard grey blocks inside and out, and the inside isn't particularly decorated or anything, the walls bare and the ceiling only adorned with lights and air vents which keep the inside cool.
There's a desk out front with someone at it, so you go talk to them to ask about joining the gym. You just have to give your name and you're given permission to come exercise here whenever you want.
Your train of thought is broken when you hear whirring and clanking from behind you. You see a person coated in what seems to be some sort of handmade technological exoskeleton.
With... some kind of machine on their back. Big cables and unidentified cylinders and long rails. And hinges.
They walk past you trailing long strands of blue hair. Through a door in back.
Apparently back there is a special area for people with... nonstandard capabilities. You're technically allowed back there, but it's separated off because safety can't be guaranteed with such matters.
You feel like bringing a powered exoskeleton to the gym must be cheating.
You spend some time going around the building and checking it out. There are... a lot of machines and weights and things, for exercising different parts of your body. Which you don't know the names of. There's also a boxing ring, which could prove either entertaining or painful. You're not sure which is more likely.
There's also the matter that you're offered the chance to volunteer to help out at the gym, seeing as you're going to be using it. Since you just arrived in the city and aren't old enough for a real job, you have the time for it. If you want.
Will you volunteer at the gym?
* Nope!
* A couple days per week.
* Several days per week.
How will you spend the rest of the evening?
* Go to the pub and... try to socialize?
* Go to the pub and try to get alcohol!
* Try to find someone to teach you how to use gym equipment??
* Try to get into a boxing match???
* At your own risk, go into that back room in the gym.
* Go to bed early...
* Something entirely different!?
