Greater East Med Co-Prosperity Sphere bomber encounters no resistance en route to Envy, and destroys it.

Only 5B this turn, oh no.

Spoiler: Good Nation Cities (click to show/hide)

Hm, more counter strike me thinks.

Use ICBM on the following cities of Greater East Med Co-Prosperity Sphere:
Damascus
Florence
Milan

...no nukie Prague this turn, I'm partial to that city.

1 ICBM unused.
Build 1 warheads and 2 missiles.

...I probably won't survive the game, but I think I'll destroy the most cities.  Calling that a win.  Or at least 2nd place.
Start negotiating surrender with Serpenstan, request Cease-Fire with them during negotiations.  Terms: Good Nation will disarm once Greater East Med Co-Prosperity Sphere is destroyed, hand over ICBM research, and request semi-autonomous government as part of Even Greater Serpenstan.
We'll let the politicians argue over what "semi-autonomous" means.  But Good Nation probably ain't gonna rise again.
Final term non-negotiable: Request air cover for Lust.  It's my favorite.  :P
...even though all cities are subject to renaming upon joining Serpenstan.  To the victor go the spoils!and I like your names better
I'd suggest Greater East Med Co-Prosperity Sphere allow the potentially only surviving city Prague join Even Greater Serpenstan, but won't that get confusing with Lust also joining?   ;D

EDIT: And sneakily volunteer as replacement player for Egan_BW, if I can smuggle out my ICBM research to add to what they already have.

Bomb Lust, Gluttony, Sloth and Pestilence I guess.

Use my... 4b? to make 4 new warheads, not that I'll get the chance to use them probably.

Many cheers for our new Overlord, Serpenstan!

I of course get to say this, since I'm still alive, unlike...other nations.

Time for feedback: what worked? What didn't? Why did Egan_BW quit?

I'm thinking of making Air Cover cheaper, to make other delivery systems more viable and give warheads an additional tier of ineffectiveness (so they would start out destroying a city 50% of the time, then upgrade to 80% and finally 100%) to prolong the game.

The rule that bombers could only attack once was unstated, so I planned around that. When that turned out to not be the case, my strategy didn't hold up, so there was no point in playing.
