You too can run the votecount command, it's not admin-only. But please don't abuse - it will concatenate multiple posts into one.

Edit:

Your first command failed because it parses as:

"vote" "Vote" "Leader"

hence voting for 2 targets, which fails because you can only vote for one.

Your second command parses correctly, but you don't have a "mafiakill" ability, and it's day, so it just fails silently.
