It would be cool to add a system in which certain characters will develop hatred for each other and will attempt to deliver vengeance

It sure would add a big mover of history. Vengrance and hatred influenced part of the main decisions taken during human history.

We've already had steps towards this kind of thing with the villains updates, so fortunately I think it's safe to say that a system like this is already in the works.
