With a 4 point delta on combat bonuses, you're only winning if you roll a six and the enemy rolls a 1, aka 1 in 36 aka don't even bother.  Get you some advanced engineering, heavy artillery, and/or explosive shells and tanks.

The fact sea travel happens on the turn it's done also messed me up.

What is with Atomic Theory only providing an extra +1 though, despite it's 200 cost? (Not like there is an atom bomb option, so seems a bit useless.)

That's +1 per academy, so potentially very high if you've eaten a rival or two.

With 10 academies, it pays for itself in 20 turns.

With 20, ten turns.  The earlier you get it, the better it is.

I think your army number is wrong; it says you have five, but you have three on the map.  Regardless, you only have three deploy points, and there's a late tech required to deploy a second per HQ.

I was the one who demilitarized. Then you built up on the border with an HQ. And your lands are already a meatgrinder.

Also, I just did against red. I have no interest in fighting you for the foreseeable future. If you'd let some off that area I am perfectly willing to move mine to where they are actually needed.
