So I want to make a fort in an Good region because I like white beds, then I wondered if I ever retire the fort after making it the Mountainhome, would the caravans' materials come from the resources avaiable to the new Mountainhome?
Or would are the resources you get from the caravans of a civ set in stone after world gen?

The resources available to caravans are determined by the resources available to the civ's founding site, and so are set in stone. It is intended to be changed some time in the distant future.
