Use 1 Arcane Material to enchant a shiny rock to permanently emit sunlight, or its roughly nourishing equivalent. Mount this replacement sun in a ceiling somewhere and shape a garden beneath it, with uh... whatever plants or seeds we have on hand. Surely some weeds must have made it through?
