Loan Contract

Robo Corp (RC) agrees to loan 6 Sov's worth of it's share of the loot from the "Big Expedition" to the Moonlight Reedeemers (MR). This amount is drawn from items of greatest value first, but never includes Antiquarian Fragments.

In exchange MR agrees to transfer ownership of their 2 antiquarian fragments (from loot share) to Robo Corp. The value of which is detracted from the value of the loan upon payment.

The interest rate on the loan is 10% per turn non-compounding. 

The purpose of this loan is to ensure each participating Order procures their desired loot from the expedition. In the case MR is outbid on the Martyn's Heart, RC's loot share is returned in full and the loan nullified. In the case the Antiquarian Fragments are not split among the members of the expedition, all loot shares are returned to their respective parties, and the loan nullified. In both cases, each party is restored in it's entirety to it's position before agreeing to this contract.

Both parties agree not to meddle in opposition to the procurement of the desired loot by the other party, or to act in such a way that may lead to the other party not acquiring their desired loot.

This contract is made in good faith both parties agree to the spirit of the contract, knowing that it was written quickly for the sake of expediency, and thusly agree to adhere to the spirit of the contract in case that a technical or wording error undermines that spirit.

Robo Corp agrees to furnish ___'s hunter with a bandit dagger and cover the expedition fee for one expedition. Upon completion of the contract, ownership of the aforementioned weapon is transferred to _____.

In exchange, ____ agrees to a 50/50 slit of the loot in question, to be split fairly and equally according to the preferences of both parties.

In the case that the two parties both prefer the same loot, ____ get's first choice of one item, followed by Roboson's choice of one item. If either party is still interested in any of the loot items, this pattern cycles. Funds from liquidating the remaining loot are split so as bring both parties to that 50/50 split of total profit.
