The Order of the Moonlight Reclaimers/Midnight Reclaimers (interchangeable) operates on majority rule.

Acknowledging that the founding members of the Order contributed 3 sovereigns to the collective fund in order to purchase Hunter Candidate A643 (now Zeal Under Moonlight), Powder Philosopher shall contribute 3 sovereigns and an inoculation dose to the purchase of the Order's second Hunter Candidate, under the condition that they be named Silicon Dioxide.

All purchasing and operational decisions shall be approved by the lunar overlord's proposal and formal seconding of a plan. Should an action be formally objected to, the council shall undertake discussion and vote by majority determine the path forward.

All members of the order are entitled to an amount of sovereigns equal to the amount in the common fund divided by the number of members, should they leave the Order. Additionally, each member shall receive profits from activities in an amount divided by the number of shareholders. In the case of bankruptcy of a member, it is understood that some assets may be sold off to cover required obligations, but this shall be decided on a case by case basis via majority vote.

All non-liquid assets, excluding doses, shall be in the common pool until liquidated by official decision. Doomblade shall spend the first dose. Additionally, the Order of the Moonlight/Midnight Reclaimers is formally offering their services as a moneylender, and as such money out on loan is counted as part of the general fund, though it is only to be paid out to members leaving upon loan repayment.

Modifications to the contract can be undertaken by a vote of majority, if four or more shareholders, or unanimously if there are three or fewer shareholders.

The unseen moon seems to feed the storm, giving it an unholy energy the effects of which are reported in sodden letters sent back by the Hunters within Darremont. The Sky burns above, with a savagery and color that the roiling fans of lightning along cannot explain. Screams of the near-dead and wholly maddened denizens of Darremont compete with the peal of thunder, and above all is heard the toll of the great bell of Darremont.

Beyond the weather, the letters describe an... infestation of Lunacite that has grown up within the heart of Darremont. The skittering, spiderlike creatures of crystal, corpses, and malice have been sighted and fought - but suggestions of other creatures have been seen within the rainy darkness. Things near-human, and smaller beasts which chitter in dark places like cats calling out to songbirds who dare to take the low branches.

Suggestions and hints say that the expedition has reached the very heart of Darremont's Bell, but at a terrible cost.

The small supply of additional reagents provided by the Noble Order of the Crab, Owl, and Fox is greatly welcomed by the experimentalists - but the small supply does little to satiate the hunger for information in the air. The expedition to Darremont's bell has paused, and even among the lowest castes who work in the deep caverns of the Haven there is rampant speculation as to the fate of the Hunters. Is this the dramatic pause before Heroism, or is it the false flash of life and energy that is sometimes seen in the most terminally ill before death claims them?

Sadly, there is little that can be done. Any fragmentary letters only serve to whet the keen deserves of the public, and news from the outer reaches provided by Jackson and Mace is no balm at all.

One way or another, this Hunger will resolve soon.
