Looking ahead, Roboson indicated that his hunter is unharmed, and he would be interested in joining OALM on its expedition next turn. Here's my suggestion for a joint expedition contract:

The undersigned entities, Ordo ad Liberandum Mechanica and Robo Corp, hereby agree to a joint expedition to Darremont's Bell.


Funding and Equipment
Each entity agrees to fund their Hunter(s) individually, including travel costs.
These being:
   -Fylakas (OALM)
   -Keravnos (OALM)
   -Big Waltz (Robo)


Division of Loot
Any resources, currency, or other valuables gained in the course of the joint expedition (Loot) will be split between the undersigned entities in the following ratio:
  2 Shares Ordo ad Liberandum Mechanica
  1 Shares Robo Corp
By default, all Loot will be sold to the store, and the resulting funds split according to the above ratio. If an entity wishes to retain an item, they may 'buy' the item from the Loot starting at the resale price, with other entities having the option of bidding a higher amount if desired. It is allowed for an entity to 'buy' items this way with its share of the loot (eg, if the loot pile has a total value of ₹8.00, and Order Examplis (loot share 50%) wishes to retain an item worth ₹4.00, they may 'buy' it by giving up their loot share, rather than manually putting ₹4.00 into the Loot, and then immediately getting ₹4.00 back).
The value of unsellable items, should any be gained, will be negotiated. If no agreement can be reached, the unsellable item will be auctioned to a third party, and the revenue from the sale added to the Loot.


Usage of Functional Loot
Any Functional Loot (eg equipment, consumables) obtained during the expedition may be used to further the expedition if all entities agree. Consumables used this way will not be counted towards the total Loot at the end of the expedition, even if they only affected one Hunter (eg a healing potion used on one member will be considered to have been to the equal advantage of all members of the Expedition).


In the Event of Casualties
Should a Hunter be killed during the expedition, the remaining members of the expedition must do their utmost to return the deceased's equipment to the owner. If the owner agrees, said equipment may be used by other members of the expedition until their return to town. The owner may also insist that the Expedition return to Town immediately.


Parting Ways
After each encounter, any member of the Expedition may choose to withdraw to Town rather than continue. When doing so, they will take any non-functional Loot obtained on the Expedition thusfar with them, which will be divided according to the Division of Loot section above. They will then be removed from this contract.
   -Should the Expedition be in possession of Functional Loot (obtained during the expedition), then any entities choosing to continue may request that said items remain with the Expedition to bolster forwards progress. However, the returning entity/ies must be compensated with a portion of the value of such items according to their Loot Share (eg, if the expedition chose to retain a healing potion worth ₹1.00, and the returning entity had a Loot Share of 50%, they would receive ₹0.50 from the continuing entity). Functional Loot that does not remain with the Expedition will be brought home and divided as normal.
No member may choose to split from the others yet still continue exploring, because trying to figure out how to divide the Loot before returning it to town sounds like a nightmare. You either stick with the group or go home.


Rules
The following actions are not permitted. Performing any such action will result in the forfeiture of all Loot Share and a fine of ₹5.00:
-Betrayal of the Expedition
-Intentional sabotage of the Expedition (defined as strategic choices intended to reduce the Expedition's chance of success- eg suicidal or excessively cowardly behaviour)
-Any attempt to violate any other rules set out in this agreement


Amendments
This contract may be amended, or deviated from temporarily, with the unanimous consent of all undersigned parties.

Non-Aggression Agreement

This non-aggression agreement is a formal and binding Contract between Robo Corp and ______, both of which are henceforth referred to as Signatories for the purposes of this agreement. Signatories represent their entire organization, and as such, any affiliates or members, or individuals who were members at the time of signing, of a Signatory organization are equally bound by this contract.

This Contract between Signatories is official and binding at the time of signing. All signatories are bound by the agreement until it’s natural expiration 10 turns from the signing, unless otherwise extended by written or verbal agreement by both signatories.

The clauses and duties described herein cannot be shirked, disregarded, or broken in any way by either of the signatories. Nor can any signatory, arrange for others to commit acts that would violate said agreement, and must reveal and cease any such planned or ongoing attempts at the time of signing. All signatories are upon signing are bound to total honesty in regard to Violation or potential Violation of the agreement, but not bound to honesty in any way beyond the scope of the following contract. Any Violation of the agreement incurs the penalty, described herewith.


Terms of Agreement

The Signatories agree that any betrayal or invasion, or attempt thereof, of the expeditions of other Signatories constitutes a Violation.

The Signatories agree that arrangements for others to attempt these acts constitutes a Violation of the agreement.

The Signatories agree to total honesty and disclosure in regard to such nefarious actions, but do not agree to any obligation to honesty or disclosure in any regard beyond the scope of determining whether a Violation has occurred.

The Signatories agree that Violating the contract incurs a Penalty, and agrees to pay said penalty if they Violate the Contract.

The Signatories agree to operate in good faith in regard to this Contract, it’s Terms, and it’s Penalties.


Penalties

In the case that a Signatory knowingly or unknowingly violated the Contract, the Violating Signatory must pay the penalty immediately, or as quickly hence as possible.

The Violating Signatory must return any loot received as a result of the invasion or betrayal, abandoning their own loot, equipment or other assets, forfeiting it as replacement for the damages. The total value of the replacements must equal or surpass the value of all assets lost by the Violated Signatory. Further, the Violating Signatory must pay an additional 10% value of the assets for each turn they are not replaced, to cover opportunity costs lost by the Violated Signatory due to the Violation on behalf of the Violating Signatory.

If a Hunter is lost as a result of such a Violation, the Violating Signatory must replace said Hunter with a Hunter of equal or better capabilities determined by the aggregate stats of the deceased Hunter. This replacement must occur as quickly as possible, but may be delayed due to the limited number of available Hunter candidates. This delay is entirely at the discretion of the Violated Signatory. At the Violated Signatories discretion, they may forego this replacement and select a Hunter belonging to the Violating Signatory and take immediate ownership of said Hunter.

The Redeemers and NOCOF shall each put forth 2 sovereigns for a total purchase price of four sovereigns. The ownership of the Dreamstone Annulus Fragment, and any products created henceforth by combining the fragments, shall be split evenly between the Order of the Midnight Redeemers and NOCOF. Should other parties contribute fragments, ownership shall be renegotiated.

Uh. Okay, let's assume for a moment that I forgot about doing so, and you do have this evidence. That still wouldn't change anything. I can change the price if I want to. Unless I hit my head so hard that I forgot about signing a contract agreeing to sell the fragment for ₹4.00. 

E: Also, NOCOF has already made a bid using up all of their money (or possibly more money than they have). So they clearly don't intend to contribute ₹2 to your attempt to buy the fragment.
