Custom names for continents and islands

Hey, I would like to ask if there is a way to give lands your own names. I made a map in PerfectWorld and the randomly generated names do not match in my opinion.

you cant change them after the fact, but all of the names are gathered from the LANGUAGE_SYM file in the raws, you could probably mess with that
