We, the undersigned private entities, wish to petition her royal majesty to hold a grand festive for late summer in recognition of our kingdom growing prosperity. Allowing those from well off and even amongst our lowest classes to experience the joy of it. We wish to see many events hosted the likes of which haven't been see such sand building contests, tailors competing to show off their fancy techniques, lavish food that many can enjoy and even including fancy dress ball that any can experience. We wish to open this petition to others to help sign up to it include their support.

The Crown is willing to grant a company an Exploration License for a total of 5 Royal Favour. This license would allow the holder to purchase a Caravel (for 9 Guineas), and launch voyages of exploration (after acquiring supplies for the voyage). Wilco Ventures, having already invested 2 Royal Favour, need only contribute 3 more Royal Favour to receive their license. If they do not wish to acquire such a license, they may also receive the invested Favour back.
The Nsailor, Woolritter, and Bloody Shark return in good condition. The Magierin also appears- initially appearing in good condition, but upon docking, it emerges that many crewmembers are missing. The acting captain explains that the now-deceased captain decided to ignore warnings of plague when docking in the Nearsouthlands, claiming it was "A foreign trick to try and keep the good sand for themselves". The crew was subsequently stricken by disease, and by the time they had recovered enough to sail again, many had already died.
A doctor is able to confirm that all surviving crew members are healthy, and the cargo is not contaminated. However, replacing the lost crew and paying the doctor's bills will cost quite a bit.

NEW MECHANIC: Exploration License. At the cost of 5 Royal Favour, a company may acquire an Exploration License. This allows the purchasing of Caravels. An Exploration License can be traded as normal.
NEW MECHANIC: Caravels. A Caravel is a ship designed for exploration. It costs less than a trade ship, but has a reduced cargo capacity of 4 Units. Caravels can be traded, co-owned, converted into novelty housing, etc.
-A Caravel that discovers a new destination will fill its hold with that destination's resource, which can then be sold in the Motherlands as normal.
-A Caravel may may be damaged or delayed like normal ships.
-Ship augments can be added to Caravels as well.
NEW MECHANIC: Exploration Supplies. The owner(s) of a Caravel may send it in any cardinal direction to discover new lands. To do so, it must be supplied with Exploration Supplies. Exploration Supplies can be bought for 0.5gn per box, and each one increases the chance of the Caravel surviving its journey into uncharted waters. Every month at sea the Caravel consumes 1 box. If it does not discover a new destination before consuming 50% of its supplies, it will turn back. Delay or damage means more supplies consumed. Any leftover supplies may either be re-used, or sold for 0.25gn per box.
-Exploration Supplies do not require cargo space.
-Note that discovering a new destination will almost always take longer than just sailing there normally would.
-A Caravel does not require Exploration Supplies if used as a trade ship.
