The Dashar Ruby will be claimed, not by the thief, but by the rest of us. I have a system of pulleys and widgets that will allow us to cut the ruby into four equal segments. One of the innocents may have broken knees by the end, but the hurt will be softened once they sell their share and get a feather bed, with skinless grapes, and servants!
