No, here's the thing: Someone killed Toaster. They did so with Devil kill powers. Luckyowl literally claimed being given a Devil choice and saying no.

A Devil can only give one Devil power per Night.

Are you mad?! I haven't done anything last night. I refuse the devil deal and used my one shot ability to rez Blu. Why do we need a second devil? I pretty sure someone might be a third-party with a night kill.

Unfortunately there's often very little to go on because a lot of third parties only get their kills off once or not at all, but:

Werebear: Animal attack (the werebear SK never got to kill but normal werebears use this flavor so presumably an SK version would too)
Necromancer: Dunno, also doesn't matter because there's no way a necromancer killed last night.
Ghoul: devouring corpses, little left over
Demon: Only one I saw the demon made an absolute mess of the place
Devil kills: Lots of fire, burn everything (not Dark Magus style though, EVERYTHING burns) or hulking out and smashing the crap out of someone.

Am I missing any third party kills?

That's an extremely clever idea, but not one I thought of.

So, the idea would be that someone converts me N1, I disturb Blu's grave, I'm scum for all of D2, I disturb Jim's grave, I get a kill, I use the kill, and my Dark Magus buddy who converted me did the main NK on NQT?

I mean, certainly a possibility, no? I can't get good answers about powers I don't have, unfortunately, so I can't disprove it, but we are relying on you for information we don't have access to. You're the one that says Jim said Luckyowl took the devil deal. And it could be mylo right now. Just... Lots of factors to consider.

You sit in your study, poring over an old tome that details the experiments of an ancient Warlock.

The candle next to you flickers and goes out.

"Poor, poor, warlock. You cannot get anyone to listen, can you? And the vampires leave precious little in the way of dead for you to speak to." whispers a voice in the darkness.

"Who's there?! Show yourself!" you demand.

"Show myself? No...but I can do better. I can offer to help you. I can grant you power, power beyond the dabbling magics you use now."

"And what price, spirit? There is always a price."

"A trifle. Your soul. Nothing that a true warlock needs. In fact, some say it even gets in the way!"

"And what would this power let me do?" You ask, intrigued despite yourself.

"I will give you a surge of power to use when you need it. I can let you kill, or save. You could stop someone else, or learn about them. I can even sow confusion and misdirection amongst your foes, if you so desire. Choose one, and the power is yours to use as soon as you like. Victory is always better than defeat, isn't it?"

There is a pause.

"So, what do you say?"

A slow smile creeps over your face as your hear this. Power? Of course you want power! What else have you been studying for all of these years?

“Very well, spirit. Grant me the power to kill. I shall make my voice heard in such a way that none can deny it!”

“Done!” A rush of air blows past you. Chilled, you wonder if you did the right thing.

After a few moments, the candles relight. You find yourself drawn to them, staring deep into the flame.

 The fire licks at your soul, igniting it. A crackling sound fills your ears, and your blood rushes through you. Flushed, you look around. No sign of the spirit, but it seems to have held true to its promise. You have power, now. The power of Fire.

 Cackling, you decide that this power should be used, not saved. And NUKE9.13 is the perfect person to use it on.

 After waiting a bit you slip out of your house. The excitement builds within you as you near his house.

Burn!  the thought smolders in your brain.

Burn. Burn. Burn. burnburnburn.

You come alongside the house. The dry wood of the roof beckons to you. You palms begin to itch.

Burn.

You place your hand on one of the support beams.

Burrrrrrrrrrrrrnnnnnnn

The wood smolders and crackles. Your knees buckle as the power rushes out of you, while a plume of flame erupts along your arm and travels along the beam.

The fire spreads incredibly quickly, leaping along the wood and up to the roof. You think you see writhing figures dancing amongst the flames.

Shaking, and suddenly very cold despite the fire above you, you rise to your feet. You slip away through the alleyways as the house behind you is engulfed completely in flame.

It is done. But you feel hollow inside, now. Was it worth it? Only time will tell.

The question is if you can actually talk to the dead AND accept a Devil power AND use it all in the same Night. I'm still looking.

Because that seems very much like it all pieces together, no?
