Project: Corrupt HeroesInitial Rolls: Initial Rolls: Time (5) Cost (4) (I find this funny...)
Money and power corrupts. That's the old saying anyway, and while it's not entirely true as there are certainly a few who don't have their price, for the vast majority of people, enough money will win them over to go against their ideals or get new ones. Regardless, by getting a group who can be a public 'face' and actually serve as heroes to the public eye, much like Feng Zhelan herself, we can get a vast amount more influence. Of course, there is a cost with this plan, that being it will likely tie us to Pren Gwyn to an extent and mean that keeping the masquerade is of vital importance. But that's a minor cost in the grand scheme of things. Still, it will be possible to make it easier to find a metahuman who is willing to lend their services. The biggest issue really is simply if they have a good moral and integral character, as it'd undoubtedly take at least a bit of time to corrupt them and mean we need to be delicate with them so they don't find out too much before they can be tied to us willingly or unwillingly in crime. Still, it'll certainly help a bit.
It is currently the Deployment phase.
You may now assign a character to either work on one of you projects, recruit more villains into the fold, move to another city, or lastly engage in the world for one action or another. In the case of the latter, it is best to devise a plan. Otherwise, they will simply do more generic actions that fit their character. (You also can pick one action to progress by two ticks instead of one, considering the whole Vinod thing. I'm still giving it to you, so if you want you should use it now or later.)
Status of the Cabal:Current Funds: 8 million $
Current Influence: 13 favors
Villain list:Name: Feng Zhelan
Gender: Female
Appearance and Background: Born in Hong Kong, Zhelan was one swift to realize their lack of opportunity there from a young age, and would, after learning English thanks to a factory manager she worked for temporarily, stow away on a ship to America, where she would find Chinese immigration was banned. While she originally had an idea of going to Canada through america and getting a permit there so that way they could loophole the system, they needed money for this and would resort to thievery for a time, eventually ending in her getting caught. However, she'd manage to escape before being deported and steal one last time before stowing herself away once more, and she would keep one of the amulets she stole, one she keeps to this day and believes has some good fortune, even if she knows such notions are silly. Once the second ship she stowed away upon docked, she'd find herself in Pren Gwyn, and would work slowly on getting money, which naturally she'd do through the way she knew best. However, after some time, she would meet a man named Shun who she would grow quite fond of, and after some time with enough money open up a restaurant named the White tiger of the West, or Xīfāng báihu, though she'd soon use it as a front for various other more...illicit businesses as she expanded her empire as it turned out that her restaurant struggled at first. And while her restaurant would get a profit as she learned, so too did her more illegal business, expanded later on by the purchase of a pharmaceutical's store. And, while she'd use plenty of funds to aid the local Asian community, she also would use those under her for less legal work to enforce a bit of...extrajudicial form of protection against other groups of organized crime...In part, due to her efforts, Pentrefsiapaneaidd is what it is now. Yet, this wasn't exactly enough...

Covered Tracks - Due to careful work, Feng is sure to cover her bases, and ensure that any potential accusations against her truly are that of slander with not a single bit of their evidence being true, even if they got to the right conclusion with the wrong answers.
Master of Slight of hand and Stealth - While certainly no longer one to steal, Feng has a good deal of skill in the art of blending in and hiding both her movements and herself. This needless to say makes it a lot harder for one to spot her.

Name: Vinod Ashtekar
Gender: Male
Appearance and Background: Born in India, Vinod and his story is mostly unknown to us until they arrived in Pren Gwyn, and Pentrefsiapaneaidd. Initially, they worked as a mechanic, surprisingly enough. Anyone else would say he worked hard and eventually managed to save up enough money to buy themselves a nice car which later they modified as a bit of a passion project. But in reality, they had always done a few jobs on the side of their main work. Often in the transportation of any illegal goods, no questions asked, followed by what made his passion for mechanics second in his mind. Racing. While he still would work on the transport of illegal and stolen goods, his focus became that of racing, and even at times working as a getaway driver. Regardless, he has gained the ire of some due to his lack of loyalty to anyone in any sort of gang conflicts and instead working akin to a mercenary who got hired by four gangs in particular fairly commonly, and he knows this. Still, as long as he has his car, he'll be safe.
He has tan skin and short, strait black hair and brown eyes, and commonly wears casual clothing along with sunglasses when driving, so long as it's not night.
