The Outside World and Previous Actions
The explosive newspaper that reported on numerous activates in Pren Gwyn, Schwarzes Holz, and Nemorland, the Gamayun's Stories, has continued to gain popularity and has gained a dedicated section to metahumans, or superheroes as the paper calls them, in Nemorland. Otherwise they have continued to be a bit of a nuisance in Pren Gwyn and Schwarzes Holz. Other than this, a major trafficking ring in Shirohon was completely and utterly dismantled. The criminals responsible are reported to have suffered extensive bruising, to the point some have broken bones, and burns. Further this has shown a measure of corruption in the northern territories of Shirohon that seem to have been dealing with local law enforcement. The people who were freed from these barbaric criminals reported the one that saved them refused to answer what their name was, but after being forced to simply said to call them Jiyū. Somewhat related, a spree of industrial thievery in Messerbeißer has seems to have stopped for the time being, much to the relief of the industrialists there. Lastly, the museum that was being built in Kalterhafen seems to be ahead of schedule, and is likely to finish in a mere two months time.
Project: Sneaking SuitsRolls: Effectiveness (4+1), Cost (2), Bugs (3+1)
Work on the suits have finally come to an end and the results are promising, if costly. The material of the suits is quite durable and fire resistant. There's a bit of a weak point on the joints to maintain flexibility, but it is a bit more armored than it used to be. The desire for it to be able to scramble camera's also has been worked on, and a small device triggered by a extra button at the bottom of the suit can send out a signal that causes camera systems to crash and also messes with other advanced electronics to a more minor extent. Further, this combined with the shoes means that it's the most advanced bit of personal armor in the world! Well, other than the work Sothweg is doing, provided that ever actually finishes anyway. Still, our enemies will certainly not know what hit them, and the suits can be designed to look like other uniforms if desired which is good. After all, parish the thought of Feng or Vinod being stuck in a suit for all their work... Regardless, the suits cost 1.5 million per suit. And at least a third of that cost is for the little camera disabler alone. The only issues with it are that strikes to the joints are going to hurt and that the camera scrambler requires the thief in question to see the camera and activate the scrambler to send out a pulse. So if we have to deal with any extremely small or cover camera's we might not be able to deal with them. And the scrambler only has so many uses before it needs to be recharged. Still it certainly will do well enough for the work we intend to use it on.
Vinod's RecruitmentLooking into Caitlyn Stealey, there was some slight hesitance from Feng mainly revolving around her biases. But this would fade as it turns out that everything Vinod found out about her accomplishments was in fact accurate. Still, she would delegate the task of finding her and actually giving the offer to hire her from Báihu.co. Of course, this took time, but Vinod has street connections and plenty of new contacts with the many generous 'donations' he made of late, and utilizing that to find her specifically he'd find that she currently lives in Tirwin. Not too far from Pentrefsiapaneaidd, and the border between Pren Gwyn and Schwarzes Holz. Still, doing his job he would track down where she was and specifically give her a call. Upon hearing that she was wanted specifically for her skills in biology, she seemed quite pleased someone actually recognized her work, though when told that such a job wound be in Pentrefsiapaneaidd, she was a bit less enthusiastic. Still, she made preparations for moving, though expects a good deal of funding. About 5 million for advanced lab equipment, samples, and a myriad of other things important to her work, alongside her own paycheck, though ironically it's less than what most would probably take for the position...Someone clearly values their work more than their pay... Regardless all preparations will be done by the end of next month, provided the funds are expended.
It is currently the Project and Research phase.
You may at this moment in time describe and start one project which you would like to work on. The full effects of a project will be known upon completion, and the price and time of a project will be known once it is started. Do note that once you start a project, you do not need to work on it in the deployment phase, though electing not to will not advance it closer to completion.
Status of the Cabal:Current Funds: 9 million $
Current Influence: 2 favors
Villain list:Name: Feng Zhelan
Gender: Female
Appearance and Background: Born in Hong Kong, Zhelan was one swift to realize their lack of opportunity there from a young age, and would, after learning English thanks to a factory manager she worked for temporarily, stow away on a ship to America, where she would find Chinese immigration was banned. While she originally had an idea of going to Canada through america and getting a permit there so that way they could loophole the system, they needed money for this and would resort to thievery for a time, eventually ending in her getting caught. However, she'd manage to escape before being deported and steal one last time before stowing herself away once more, and she would keep one of the amulets she stole, one she keeps to this day and believes has some good fortune, even if she knows such notions are silly. Once the second ship she stowed away upon docked, she'd find herself in Pren Gwyn, and would work slowly on getting money, which naturally she'd do through the way she knew best. However, after some time, she would meet a man named Shun who she would grow quite fond of, and after some time with enough money open up a restaurant named the White tiger of the West, or Xīfāng báihu, though she'd soon use it as a front for various other more...illicit businesses as she expanded her empire as it turned out that her restaurant struggled at first. And while her restaurant would get a profit as she learned, so too did her more illegal business, expanded later on by the purchase of a pharmaceutical's store. And, while she'd use plenty of funds to aid the local Asian community, she also would use those under her for less legal work to enforce a bit of...extrajudicial form of protection against other groups of organized crime...In part, due to her efforts, Pentrefsiapaneaidd is what it is now. Yet, this wasn't exactly enough...

Name: Vinod Ashtekar
Gender: Male
Appearance and Background: Born in India, Vinod and his story is mostly unknown to us until they arrived in Pren Gwyn, and Pentrefsiapaneaidd. Initially, they worked as a mechanic, surprisingly enough. Anyone else would say he worked hard and eventually managed to save up enough money to buy themselves a nice car which later they modified as a bit of a passion project. But in reality, they had always done a few jobs on the side of their main work. Often in the transportation of any illegal goods, no questions asked, followed by what made his passion for mechanics second in his mind. Racing. While he still would work on the transport of illegal and stolen goods, his focus became that of racing, and even at times working as a getaway driver. Regardless, he has gained the ire of some due to his lack of loyalty to anyone in any sort of gang conflicts and instead working akin to a mercenary who got hired by four gangs in particular fairly commonly, and he knows this. Still, as long as he has his car, he'll be safe.
He has tan skin and short, strait black hair and brown eyes, and commonly wears casual clothing along with sunglasses when driving, so long as it's not night.

Yet she was not so kind as to let them have their way. Slowly and subtly destroying them through finding their secrets and exposing them, alongside carefully provoking them to attack her when they would instantly be stopped and reprehended. She spent years in university in the field of biology, and she released a paper that furthered the field through her research on DNA, only to be eclipsed a mere few years later by a team who used her work as their basis and got much more attention.
