I added a rule about the votes (they are made in IC for sake of clarity), and modified rules to extend the response to two weeks, as a post can take quite a lot of time, so it's only right to extend the player's response. I also allowed everyone to create lore texts, if they want to write and the player (or me, eh) is taking a lengthy time to respond.
As a reminder, it is now micelus turn.
