Coax the ship AI into bringing us closer to that signal.

GM Post

As Nerve's consciousness comes into real-time wakefulness, there is an objectively short, but subjectively long, painful moment where time seems to stretch to an eternity. Hush and Clown don't fare much better, thawing our from cryopods feeling like they have been asleep for much longer than 5 months.

You know, Mondays.

The AI guides the Cedia through the asteroid fields as you eyelessly approach the signal, the journey still taking you the good part of a Terran week. But before long, the AI announces on the intercoms that you now have visuals over the station itself.

...And you see that Teixu station is still online. It's, fortunately for you, not abandoned. Your ship doesn't pick up any signals aside from the station itself, however. Normally, an active station tends to at least have some ship broadcasts coming from them. It could be that you happened to come at the rare times when that station has no other ships docked, or this station may not be allowing visitors at this time.

You could try hailing them with a message to see what is the case.

Hush will try to see about getting some damn coffee before attempting to hail the station.

<Well, don't look at me. Do I look like a negotiator to you? Make the mask-thing speak to them.>

"Why of course not but fine if I must." Hush grumbles, foregoing the coffee in favor of hailing the station. "Hello, is there anyone there? We need to dock."

GM Post

A few seconds pass before you receive a reply.

"A visitor! Yes, of course, dock away!" says a breathless, ecstatic voice which you might describe as feminine. Your ship receives the docking instruction from Teixu Station and begins moving towards a port. The magnetic clamps extend from the station and drags the Cadia gently inside it.

Soon, you hear a rush of air, and a subtle shift in gravity as the Cadia's gravity generator turns off in the presence of the station's gravity.

Greeting you outside are a pair of identical twins, one of which steps forward, "Welcome to Teixu Station! We're, ah, reorganizing a little, so we might not have much amenities? My sisters will see that your ship is fueled, of course. Ah, do come with... me?" her fast speech falters a little as the lights adjust and she sees that your sleeves are clearly of mercenary build, but her smile soon returns.

"Yes, all well and good, I do say; whom is in change around here? I assume there is a quid pro quo involved. Nothing in life is free, so I require a meeting to discuss terms."

Insight on the two to get an idea on how I will then Influence them.

Gm Post

You notice that the twin are dressed very differently, with one in a mechanic's overalls while the other is in a dress of purple and silver, which while not fancy by any means, is clearly trying to be.

"Ah! Well, I suppose you could say I'm the leader here, and we do have... some... things..." she falters a bit and raises her eyebrows at Clown's attempt to seduce her.

[5] She seems to take Clown's attempt to seduce her as a comedy routine, "Ah! You are a comedian! I couldn't tell earlier! We are terribly bored. There would be a lot of work for you here!"
