Imma head others off on this one. Can easily be modded in and at least two mods feature such - Civilization Forge by Mephansteras, and my SVE mod, which includes many stones from Civilization Forge. These being rose, midnight, celestial, black, and green marble

I can understand wanting it as a standard feature, but it's something that's going to be incredibly low on the totem pole at best compared to far more major stuff and you'd be better off checking around for mods than putting something like this in the suggestion forum.
