No. You can use what you know about your submission to make decisions, and you can say you believe that someone is town/mafia because of your submissions, but you cannot share what you submitted. It's just sort of against the spirit of the game.

HMR stands for Hazardous Materials Requisition, not Horrible Massive Ruination, though I can understand how one could get confused.

One potential improvement for future rounds that would mitigate that problem would be a paired setup - for whatever player count you have, you take it twice (for a seven player setup you take fourteen players) and then run the game twice - but the role creation is done for the other half, so the knowledge of what you submitted isn't even applicable to your half of the game.

Alternatively you could have spectators participate.

That's a cool idea, although it's less satisfying knowing you won't run into any of the things you made.

By the way, the game ends once all living players have achieved one of their Wincons. Achieving both of your Wincons is a double victory, and is twice as impressive.

Players cannot use Kill Abilities on Night 0.


The Night will end on Friday the 12th, 9:30 pm Pacific Time.

Let's see how long it takes for this game to horribly break. I estimate it'll happen before Day 2. At least it'll be fun to watch.

Not going to random vote because hammer is only four players and there's two mafia, it'd be reached far too easy.

Caz: You're starting slower than in your last couple of games. Why is that?

Toaster & notquitethere: Assume you're scum together, and the game isn't going well for the mafia wincon. Your secondary wincon is easier to reach, but requires you to betray your buddy to the town. If you don't do so, you still have a lesser chance to win as a team, as long as your buddy doesn't betray you either. If you both betray the other, you will both likely lose. How will you resolve this dilemma? Give your answer in a spoiler, and don't look at the other player's answer before you've answered yourself.

GM, is it illegal to use info that comes from Rolegen in thread? Given we all made some we have an idea of info, so fakeclaims could be pretty thin on the ground lategame.

Eww, do you have to shoehorn I WANT TOWN TO WIN into it? Because I'm town, and reassuring everyone that you're town all the time isn't very towny. Ps, am town.

SLOWER? I'm posting already less than 4hrs after day started lol. Please don't expect anything useful until it's actually night here, I am busy in the morning and afternoon. The MMIRLRPG thing.

Also, way way too much coffee. I'll be back later. :L Or like 30 mins. Not sure yet.
