I second Raptor, but go with Cowardly, since a coward will be less risky with flight decisions, playing it safe

We're missing a pilot (and possibly an enforcer), why not give the role to Horizon?

I think when I do that it makes people seem replaceable. I'd rather only do this between episodes when I am rolling for all those that are replacing leaving players. More random that way, and replacing now is basically knowing/choosing race and role. I also want people to stay, and justifying leaving by citing replacements was a problem. Since it's not something I want to do, for the above stated reasons.

I'll let the captain pick from the waitlist next time. Like an interview. With the option to drop crew staff if desired.

I also wouldn't worry too much. I made the enforcer role a privilege but also auxiliary to honor 0cra's Tribe participation but reservations about dropping out last time.
