Not sure.  It looks like it uses AArch64 so he should be able to use GCC and cross-compile.  The biggest problem would be testing.

I think, for it to happen, someone would need to get Toady One a Mac M1.

Looks like the Mac Mini M1 is selling on Amazon for $700...
