Allow Outsiders To Spawn Out of The Oceans As Castaways

It would explain partially how they came out of nowhere so suddenly. This allows playing as them even in worlds that never had civilizations.

Does anybody know how to become an elephant man in adventure mode? I literally did all advanced world settings possible to increase chances.

Believe me or not but I actually wished to create a world where the player character ventured into the land of werebeasts in search for immortality. Those werebeasts would be animal people but not every single one of them is one, making it harder.

Rainfall: 0
Drainage: 0
Evil: All Tiles
Savagery: 100
Evil Rainfalls: 1000
Evil Mists: 1000
Regional Activity: 1000
Temperature: 0. I really wish the player had to make a campfire out of wood resources instead for free.
No Poles
Size of world: Large, this is because I wanted to give the player a sense of freedom. I do understand that pocket worlds create less space for clouds and rainfalls to be evaded. Also because trees don't grow very fast and there are few of them in a world I make.
No caves, or other lairs where player could hide from rains or fogs. I actually wish that future Dwarf Fortress had function for disallowing monsters from living in lairs. You can still build houses from wood but evil rains may melt them.
Volcanism: 0

There are so many things unimplemented necessary for my world to function.

Actually can evil rains destroy the roof of player's house if he built one?

Spawning in on an ocean shore is something I was wanting in the game awhile back, and it'd allow for scenarios like being shipwrecked in a strange land you know nothing about.
