I killed like at least about 1500 Goblins in a huge site connected to some minor dark pits. I don't know if I killed about 90% of them or more but if by any reason all Goblins perished would the remaining Trolls go wild or would they remain and mind they're own business? Just what would happen?

This sites also features Elf soldiers I decided to spare since I play as an Elf.

Also, do unburied Goblins return as ghosts to hunt the pits?

If you wander how I endured the lag I decided to strike at night. No problem, that's why I made myself vampire.

Does anybody know how to become an elephant man in adventure mode? I literally did all advanced world settings possible to increase chances.

All of these answers return a "no". Those kinds of functionalities aren't implemented or least to say your questions are too specific; at the moment there's no feature for creatures without a site to go feral since any who weren't in the defence not really having a civilized sense of wanting to migrate, fighting to the death will remain & perish with the site.

Instead rather the site will be empty and likely resettled within a space of two in-game weeks by the same goblin civilization or someone else (whoever can travel to it faster, i've had elf refugees before settle in a pit i've just razed and caused people to flee in DF mode) who will bring their own stock of animals generated for the site & gathered from the surroundings.

Though there are a lot of corpses, none of these need to be buried as that's only really a relevant Fortress mode game feature.
