Rip and tear!  Attack the queen with a leap, a dive, and a smash.  Kill the queen and eat her!

Mrush'shalva shivers, possibly out of fear, possibly simlly from being a small coldblooded reptile in a blasted mindscape.  She looks at the rat warily, and then around at her surroundings... but can discern nothing here of use.  She frowns with her tiny little snake mouth.

Cautiously crawl up to the rat, and curl up next to it.  At least Shalva's not alone here, aye?
Henric notes that snakes commonly subsist on small rodents, such as rats. This one, however, does not seem to be trying to eat him. Perhaps it is friendly. Perhaps it is digesting.

Henric is less sure about the dietary requirements of gigantic floating black skulls, evil magic users, or... very, very large bird-somethings. Remaining in the tree seems to be the best option. Furthermore, the tree seems safe enough, as if nothing bad could happen in it.

He hesitantly crouches down beside the snake, absentmindedly cleaning his whiskers and listening to the sounds of battle outside. If the snake is an ally, a friendly gesture would be appreciated. If the snake is hungry, it would be better if there was something to eat other than him. Perhaps it is time to try a little magic?

Henric attempts to magically create food suitable for him and his scaly companion. He does so by thinking about it, very hard.

(Sorry about the late reply! New Years plans took longer than expected).
The spell, though Inverted, seems to have held. This speaks well for Tom's magical future, but raises several questions on the nature of Life and Death.
Now that his charges are safe within the roots, the situation outside can be addressed.
Tom attempts to Quicken his fruits into Dancing Vines,  minor Agricultural spirits of the hearth and harvest. In addition to promoting fertility and symbiotic growth,  the Vines were capable of basic defense of their bound  grounds .

[Initiative sequence: Henric, Tiim, Shalva, Bird, Tom, 'It']

Henric and Shalva
[Determination: 9]
The little rat stops, and fixates, and begins to do something or other of a poorly defined realm. The air sizzles and bubbles and stirs with presence, yet fails to immediately convalesce or, perhaps, harden, into the intended result, though the rat does stare and tense and try very hard.

Tiim
[Determination + Ancient Fire Magic: 9]
The queen seems to gather something from the air and the glass and the flaming moon. An aura of something forms around her, invisible but for a heat haze.

Bird
[Strength + DINOSAUR: 11]

Though the queen is cloaked in a heat haze, the dinosaur leaps directly through it.
Perhaps it is brave, or perhaps birds just don't know what really hot things look like.

Either way, it doesn't really matter. The dinosaur's massive teeth sink into the flesh of the queen, effortlessly tearing through skin and crushing bone. Its black feathers are slightly singed by the burning heat, but that's the end of that. The queen's form in this realm is totally collapsed, screaming in pain as the stone trees ringing the arena shatter and fall away.

Along with the rest of the world. The glass ground breaks, the moon splits open like and egg, and the very sky boils away, dissipating the illusion.

Everyone again, I guess
The dream falls away, with everybody finding themselves once again in the graveyard where they were. Roughly, at least.

The dead now lie on the ground, unmoving as a corpse would nominally be, though, something can still be felt squirming within, enraged.
Tiim, the well-dressed little girl, is knelt on the ground. Implausibly, on fire. Covered in flame from head to foot.

(Tiim is no longer a Player Character)

The priestess is still where she was standing, apparently more confused than anything. It would seem that that little dream didn't take very long. In-universe, at least.

Caw happily in victory.  Bird showed the rude kid who was the smart one, after all.

..sniff around to see if there are any tasty-smelling corpses.. but then, after that, maybe time to find something fun.  Bird is smart now and can read, so surely I can remember where a book was to be found, right?

Tag along with the bone snake lady too, while trying to remember where I last saw a book.

Is there a player limit?
   If yes, is it full?
If it isn’t full, can I join?
   If no, can I join?

You could, if you like. I'd probably want to finish the current situation and give people levelups before introducing your character.

That’s fine. I’ll put the character sheet here and you can tell me if there are any mistakes or if more info is needed

I don't see anything particularly interesting about that character. Three century old local politics will probably have very little bearing on the current day. Also it's kind of weird for a political assassination to happen in some tiny village.

Also also, you have a really high bonus to doing politics, +5, which probably means you could have been a lot more successful in politics than just becoming a mayor of a township, and it might be worth describing more of your life, and your physical description is quite plain, though I guess that's kind of just what happens when you leave a corpse in the ground for 300 years but it's probably worth seeing if you can think of any other details.

I’ll add more details/change things to make more sense. Thanks for the feedback
To avoid double posting, how is it now?
