i would love to also win the expansion, but how do i sign in for that if i dont own the base game? what do if i win only the expansion?
can i sign in for  the expansion only if i win the base game?
if yes i would love to do that.

Well, you (and Paul) could probably buy the game (which is currently on sale, 10% off, on both Steam and GOG) and then get the expansion. Alternatively, you can remove yourself from the giveaway if you didn't get the game. I will add you to the list for now.
