-round.

What is the meaning of this? Did humans captured those pits with help of dwarfs? I even found one elf with them. I spared her because I'm an elf too. Should I get her?

Among those humans there are a lot of beast hunters and criminals. Also poets.

Does anybody know how to become an elephant man in adventure mode? I literally did all advanced world settings possible to increase chances.

Goblins are snatches.
This means they will steal children of other races and raise them as members of their own culture.
Same will happen with their prisoners.

If you talk and they ask to be set free, you might be able to return them to their homes. Otherwise they are too far integrated in goblin society and might remain hostile.

Goblin pits can be captured too. In fortress mode you can see who owns the place. In adventure mode you can ask who is ruler.

Understood but why are there so many poets? Whoops, it appears I killed innocent people but maybe this will pass since humans and dwarfs are woodcutters too.

Note that, yes, humans will take over Dark Pits sites when they invade. So there's a good chance you're killing a bunch of friendly allies.

Also, poets just love the Dark Pits for some reason. Even when they're goblin-owned. Check out Legends at some time if you're wondering about what happens in the world.
