Egan_BW sets up a tiny table with a tiny chess board. It's suffering from some rather severe compression artifacts.

You rip two sheets of paper from the back of the notebook and draw some extra columns. You'd add more, but you don't want to move board over.

The Worst Tactics Game, of course.

Happy with the new board, you set up the pieces to play The Worst Tactics Game - which is to say, you drop them randomly over the board from a height of 3 feet. Perfect.

(The Worst Tactics Game is actually the name of something I worked on with the intent of GMing it on this forum. I'd post the actual rules of it but I don't really feel like putting in the effort of actually playing it when I'm already trying to update an RTD daily.)

You play a dumb game on a table inside a table inside a dumb game. You don't know where the tassel pillow and paper came from, but you don't question it.

Tear a small piece of paper off of the notepad and fashion it into a machete.

You make a paper machete. If you sharpen it, it'll probably be surprisingly effective.
