Spoiler: Mun Consortium pledges (click to show/hide)

I hope no one minds if I add these lines to the contract (they are basically common sense expectations):
Quote from: Mun Consortium addendum
Changes: any changes to this contract require a unanimous vote of all shareholders
Transfer of rights: a shareholder may trade away any amount of his shares to another party by signing a corresponding contract of sale.

Company Leadership
* a CEO is elected by simple majority vote of all shareholders, and may be recalled by same, in which case a new CEO must be elected.

What about election rules? May we vote for self? Or voting for self is forbidden? Where voting process will be?

P.S. Why ^500 ? You must have ^100 because other ^400 go to JSC "MC".

You can vote for yourself, that's one of the advantages of having more shares.  ;)
Note however that a CEO is not elected by a plurality of voters (whoever gets the most votes) but a majority (whoever gets 6+/11) so don't think getting elected will be easy.
As for where, I was thinking open (i.e. everyone knows how everyone else voted) voting in this very thread. If there are no objections (from Ray_Anor and m1895) I will add this to the contract.

I'm think - after first stalemate situation in voting for CEO - we will forbid voting for self )))
I'm propose ban voting for self, but allow to give any quantity of owned voices to no one. For example 1 gave voice to you, and 1 abstention to give anyone.

How would voting for no-one help?
