How To Complete "Bone-Chilling Horror" Quests?

I'm searching those forts up and can't find a thing.

Does anybody know how to become an elephant man in adventure mode? I literally did all advanced world settings possible to increase chances.

Seems to be a bug with the new site types (forts especially). Some of them just seem to be full of fairly regular folk, but the townpeople will tell you about the Bone-chilling horror there.

Some really are necromancer bases, but, yeah, I find myself wandering around supposedly bone-chilling forts quite often.
