I have seen the new parts for DF (steam & itch). I was curious if there would be a rich pressence feature. I thought this might be a great suggestion because the game has 3 modes (fortress, adventure and legends). When someone plays these game modes. Steam or Discord will share it to other people that can see which DF mode they are on.

Sounds horrific. Let me play my single player game offline without the world having to know thanks.

Doesn't Discord have a little custom status tag for that already? Can just write "Playing DF Adventure Mode" or whatever on there, if you're so inclined.

I know this is a bit of an old thread, but I have to say that I genuinely think this is a good idea.  I'd like to expand on this with some possibilities of what the rich presence could contain:

- Name of the fortress
- Name of the group
- Name of the civilization
- Name of the world
- Name of the area of the world
- Site of adventurer
- Name of adventurer
- Who's currently siegeing the fort
- Probably other stuff, too

Obviously, the amount of space in a Rich Presence is practically limited, so it would be impossible to include _all_ of this.

Yes, that is a lot. I do not think Discord will be able to show that in status for DF.
