the time was finally right. Justice would be done, and The old guard would be the ones to bring it upon the followers of otso for their crimes against the peoples of chinatown under their protection. Prisoners were optional, and would be handed over to the authorities.
Turf war, Siege of Alma, using 13 thugs and 13 funds for a full scale assault. Collect funds x2.
