Looking around this torture chamber you don't see any ledges hanging above.

All the same you still try to leap and stand on and smash anything in here, although it doesn't do much to change anything to much.

Look around and try to find a knife we can easily carry, then lets look for and exit of some kind.

Looking around for exits; besides the way you came from and the other doorway with all the tiny flame messages... all other ways out of this room are either closed with doors that are too big for you to operate.

Climbing on stuff looking for a knife you can carry; you do locate some forgotten torturers' knife you should be able to use to cut stuff.

You go forth through the doorway with flame messages looking for an exit; not far into the hall beyond you see something strange, a wall of slightly glowing white fog blocking your path.

You examine the fog, it is a non-solid curtain like wall of visibly obstructive whitish grey fog that is contained to what seems the threshold of an open gateway.

It doesn't seem to block movement through it as far as you can tell, just sight of what is beyond.

You cautiously push through the fog; into large gallery partially enclosed by the bare branches of a massive tree to the far end of the open space.

It is day and light from the overcast sky floods in from above, and although it takes your eyes a bit to adjust to the change you smell it immediately. Danger.
What you see stalking near the foot of the tree brings your heart to pounding in your chest; a round, grey, malodorous beast! It's mouth of knife like fangs stretching across its face lets out a chittering call as it unfortunately has seen you emerge from the fog before you could even think to do anything.
As bad as the situation has become your nose tells you it's only going to get worse as this isn't the only monster you smell here, at the same time your eyes also catch the swift movement of a second creature jump down from above to land besides the other.
The second; a tall, thin golden feline joins in the hunt as well... and you are their prey!

You squeak very loudly!
Looking around for any holes or places to hide you do see briefly what could be a hole at the base of the tree... beyond the two feline units of death, but not much else to flee or hide in this gallery.

Your also not given much time to think about it as the golden cat springs forth through the air and across the clearing towards you with imposible speed!

You dodge roll left, and not a moment too soon and the golden cat comes claws down in the spot you just vacated.
You see to your right the golden cat flip around backwards to land away on its feet.
You attempt to make progress towards the treehole, but the path is blocked by a large grey mass of fur rolling in your direction!
