You barely get the main lamps working when the loud beeping from the security console interrupts you.

Subaru Tagawa has docked and the ship's crew has disembarked at the Airlock 4! One woman, eight men.

They wear jumpsuits, except for one of the males (who wears a combat armor) and the woman clad in baggy purple shirt and a long beige trenchcoat. The males look around curiously before seating themselves at two tables.

'Well, this place isn't in the best condition now is it? Name's Subaru, Subaru Tagawa. What you boys be having?" She calls to her crew, and you hear five orders for Skinjuice and three for Grenadiere.

"Five skinjuices, three grenadieres." Captain Tagawa puts her chin on her hands, dreamily staring at the ceiling.

You see that her blue-purple hair has streaks of white in them, and two piercings adorn her cheeks under her eyes. You also spot a network slot at her neck, no doubt for directly accessing computer consoles.

"Serve my boys while I think whether I was some Cherrybomb or something fancier."

You quickly pour some of the drinks for the boys.

You scan their creditchips and earn 60c.

"It's my first drink ever. My dad bought me a shot for my twentieth birthday. I mean, there are better drinks than that, but hey, I felt a bit nostalgic today."

"Well, for one, I'm a former drone that had no purpose, home or job to do. As I had no prior attachments, I picked the first thing there was on the bulletin board. Fin~" Captain Subaru looks at you, eyebrows raised, then sips on her drink some.

"Hm, that's kinda... rough. You guys being freed en masse what with Federal government restored." She muses, takes a sip of her drink, and then shrugs.

"I mean, alright, designer babies need their freedoms. I've been told organic memories are suppressed in drones, that's true with you?"

You briefly try to remember things... yes...

You were raised by pair of scientists, who helped you grew up. Then the planet you were on experienced a coup d'etat, so you joined the rebels. The civil war lasted for a while before a rich man 'saved' you from rebels and together with other drones you've spent time at his mansion, until the end of Great War gave you your freedom.

"I remember my life, I do." Captain Subaru nods solemnly and lets out a sigh.
