I tried to play chess but two of my opponents were playing competitive checkers as a third person walked in with Game of Thrones in hand confused cause they thought this was the book club.

You were not previously firing on me, so why are you "continuing" to fire on me?

This will be a new development :P

Friend. Like I said, I've been busy, and besides, I've always had a poor memory of what order things happened in, and an unusual sense of timing. So obviously I have advanced to Actual Precognition and getting things mixed up with when they happen.

If you would please be so kind as to ask Future Me how to beat both Present You and Future You, I'd be most grateful.

Pre, not pro, he sees past selves not future selves, well pre usually means before, but not in the word precognition apparently

Time stuff can be confusing, if days are repetitive, it can be difficult to tell when something happened

Precognition does refer to future things, note. After all, you know of them before they happen.

And Madman? When the time comes, don't zig, zag instead.

Turn 6

Spoiler: Crunch (click to show/hide)

The close range for each ship means than no one has the time for proper evasive maneuvering, leading to every shot being on target. The volley from the Koganasun's weakened battery even manged to sneak a shot through the Mandator's point defence, the assigned battery heating the shot to slag before it impacted on the armour amidships.

In return, the Koganasun suffered the full force of an intact laser barrage, the shots clustering around the rear Jump Drives and further limiting its ability to act as the point blank brawler it is supposed to be. Left with barely two working Mass Drivers, the Koganasun will struggle to make much of a dent in the Mandator.

Meanwhile, the Snail is faced with a volley of missiles it has no hope of intercepting. They blow large chunks out of the crippled ship, with the Ayes' laser barrage adding insult to injury and leaving the vessel with nothing but a shattered hull and a few armoured systems to continue. Unless a miracle occurs, the Snail is surely doomed.

In all of this excitement, the T-Lock jumping into Medium Range barely registers on the Snail's list of serious problems, although those missile launchers may say otherwise.

The Field (Medium Range)
 |- Cripples and Escort (Short Range)
 |   |- Snail
 |   |- The Ayes
 |   -> Battleship Brawl (Melee)
 |       |- Mandator
 |       -> Koganasun
 -> T-Lock

Damage Control to S3 Mass Driver and S1 Reactor

Fire Mass Driver at The Ayes

You only have two DC teams, do you want to abandon your current repairs?
