Fire all missiles randomly into space cos we're not close enough to anything but also BECAUSE WE CAN!

Fire another missile at the Koganasun, as well as charge Jump Drivers for Short range from Koganasun

Question Kashyyk: I have 4 jump range, did I miss a rule somewhere or misinterpreting something or just otherwise being a derp? (Yes one of my Jump Drives is disabled, but that's the spare one) Just curious why only Close and not Melee.

The rules state that ships can only jump a max of two distance units away from their previous position

With only one Jump Drive, that is so. I have 5 though (one is disabled admittedly, but it's a spare in case of damage to the others).

Unless I am mistaken, you can fire more than one weapon per turn. Given the situation, you probably want to start putting all your mass drivers on the Koganusan ASAP or it's going to tear you to pieces. I mean, that might not actually stop it from tearing you to pieces, but it might make it easier for me to kill it later.

We're still at Long range, Naturegirl. Mass Drivers cap out at Medium, and even then they need a nat 12 (on a 2d6 roll) to score a single hit.

That would be me miscounting your Jump Drives.

Turn 4

Lasers capacitors whining, the Ayes continues it's lightspeed barrage of the Snail, scoring another hit against its shield. Not long after, a pair of missiles are launched from the Mandator at the Ayes, and one more from the Snail follows in its predecessors ion trail.

A flurry of lasers splash across the void, two scoring deep burns in the armour of sectors 2 and 6 on the Koganasun. Meanwhile, a lone missile zooms towards it. Two small pods, one at either end of the vessel, turn to track the Missile with small flashes of light. Repeated hits detonate the missile, and the shrapnel is swept aside by an errant piece of ceramic. Not long after, the ship successfully Jumps and it reappears near the Snail, close enough that sharp eyed crew members can even pick out moderate detail.

Across the void, the T-Lock discharges the Drive and starts prepping for a jump to the vicinity of the Ayes. Some might say it was an accident, others would declare trigger happiness, but a volley of missiles was launched in a radial as the ship waited.
