Dalicpan has been moved from its proper place!

I was playing my fortress when I got a red notice: "Dalicpan has been moved from its proper place!"
I zoomed to the event, and Dalicpan was an artifact wooden bracelet laying around somewhere in the caves. I'm not sure if any of my dwarfs made it. I searched for the "has been moved from its proper place!" string on Google and could only find the message in the raws.

Does anyone know what happened? I've never encountered this message before.

It's been stolen and has been, or is in the process of being, handed over to a villain or villain agent. Most likely the former, with the villain/agent already gone from the fortress.
