Does anybody know how to become an elephant man in adventure mode? I literally did all advanced world settings possible to increase chances.

Change their body material to INORGANIC:SLADE. And/or change BODY_SIZE to 999999999. So your race will kill anything by bare hands, except ghosts due to ghosts made of no material.
